Spotlight – Dynapac March 2025

For over 90 years, Dynapac has helped construct roads and paths with its technologically advanced construction equipment.

One of the significant challenges in asphalt construction is the occurrence of thermal and physical segregations during the transport of hot mixes over long distances or uneven roads. Dynapac MF2500CS IMIX Feeder addresses this challenge by eliminating these segregations, ensuring that the asphalt mix remains homogeneous throughout its journey to the construction site. Its 40-t combined material capacity, wide conveyor, and a large tunnel ensure bulk material transfer. Limited number of transfer points reduce the risk of asphalt aging, which has a negative impact on the material and lifetime of the road.

Dynapac is ready with a full range of CEV V compliant Rollers and Pavers for the Indian market. The rollers are equipped with a new ROPs/FOPs platform and an air-conditioned cabin. In view of the efficient eccentric as well as our close loop hydraulic system, the company has been able to upgade its CA245 CEV V soil rollers with a 74HP engine without the need for Adblue, which not only simplifies maintenance but also reduces the total cost of ownership, making it an attractive option for cost-conscious Indian contractors.

Dynapac offers a complete range of RHINO Soil rollers for 10 to 15t from production plant in India based on Dynapac Global design with efficient eccentric, with high & low amplitude settings, allowing operators to adjust the compaction force according to the specific requirements of the project. RHINO soil rollers are available in different engine emissions for the Global market and can meet both CE safety norms and applicable emission criteria for all countries, making it a top seller. This flexibility enhances the machine’s versatility, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

The company’s growing asphalt roller range includes both 3t as well as 7 & 9t asphalt rollers for repair work as well as major road compaction projects. The units offer efficient compaction with Dynapac compaction technology with high frequency as well as controls for better paving quality. The ergonomic design of the operator cabin, combined with intuitive controls, ensures maximum comfort and ease of operation. Safety features such as seat switch, neutral start-up arrangement, comfortable seating, and enhanced visibility contribute to a secure working environment.

Dynapac has also added digital tools for supply chain tools for demand projection to its suppliers that are connected to SAP for a dynamic forecast. Dynapac believes that the major parts of cost reduction will be driven by improving efficiency and ensuring that it produces more without increasing the input. The company’s focus on a global quality system which is ensured by the supplier development program for all its critical suppliers, along with process mapping and audit to avoid expensive mistakes, as well as keep a stable supply base.

Says Abhijit Som, Managing Director, Fayat Road Equipment Division – India, “Our proven modular manufacturing process enables us to meet the needs of all the markets around the world, common design ensures ease of parts and service availability”
