The road construction equipment industry is growing quickly, driven by infrastructure projects and new technology. Government programs like Bharatmala Pariyojana in India are boosting demand by improving highway networks. Companies are adopting technologies such as telematics and automation to make machines more efficient and reduce project delays. They are also focusing on eco-friendly designs, meeting new emission standards, and using recycled materials to minimize environmental harm.
Companies are also prioritizing gender diversity by encouraging more women to take up roles in engineering, operations, and equipment handling. Initiatives focused on training and upskilling are creating new opportunities, making the industry more inclusive and resilient. Despite facing challenges like a shortage of skilled workers, efforts to improve workforce training are helping. With a focus on automation and sustainability, the industry is set to expand further in the coming years.
What are the range of road construction equipment offered by your firm? Cutting edge technologies featured in your machines and details of the benefits accrued to your end user from the digital technologies in your machine.
Road construction demands precision, efficiency, and durability, making it essential for equipment to meet evolving industry standards. CASE Construction has responded to these needs by offering a diverse range of road construction machines, equipped with modern technologies to improve performance and reduce operational costs. Their machines are designed to meet varying site requirements while ensuring compliance with emission norms and safety standards.
Our product lineup includes vibratory compactors like CASE 952 NX and 450 NX, which offer better compaction efficiency. Loader backhoes such as 770 NX, 770 NX Magnum, and 851 NX CP deliver versatility and fuel efficiency. C-Series graders (845C and 865C) handle different terrains with horsepower between 150HP to 220HP. The CASE CX220C LC excavator is built for high productivity, while the SR175B skid steer loader ensures smooth operation in compact or narrow spaces. Technologies such as telematics, compaction meters, and drone monitoring further optimize performance and reduce maintenance costs. We have recently transitioned our entire equipment range to the BS CEV V emission standard, enhancing efficiency and sustainability. As part of this transformation, we introduced seven new machines at the Bharat Construction Equipment Expo, demonstrating our commitment to innovation and cleaner technology.
Give us an understanding of their key features in terms of safety, ease of operating your machines, operator comfort, cost efficiency etc. their specific advantages. Also brief us on the training initiatives undertaken by your company to ensure projects are completed on time in a cost-effective manner.

CASE Construction leads this transformation by offering a range of road construction equipment that integrates advanced technology to deliver higher efficiency and safer operations. Our approach combines cutting-edge features with a focus on sustainability and skill development to ensure long-term value for its users.
CASE’s portfolio features a range of advanced equipment, including excavators, motor graders, soil compactors, and backhoe loaders, all engineered for optimal safety and efficiency. A comprehensive alerts system with 10 audible and 9 visual signals helps prevent accidents, while the ergonomic ROPS/FOPS cab design, featuring an adjustable suspension seat, ensures operator comfort during long hours. Eco Mode and Auto Idle features reduce fuel consumption and extend machine life.
Additionally, addressing the industry-wide skill gap, we at CASE, have launched the Hunar initiative to equip underprivileged youth with essential operational expertise. This 32-day comprehensive training program focuses on both theoretical and practical aspects of backhoe loader operation, including safety protocols, equipment handling, and industry-specific best practices. By integrating soft skills and digital literacy into the curriculum, Hunar ensures that trainees are job-ready in an increasingly tech-driven industry. With a strong focus on employability, the program has successfully placed a majority of its graduates in the workforce, reinforcing CASE’s commitment to building a skilled and efficient talent pool for the construction sector.
To what extend and how have these technologies helped your company in Aftermarket services.
CASE as a construction brand has been committed to improving its aftermarket services by using advanced technologies to meet customer needs more effectively. By integrating real-time monitoring and telematics, company was able to predict maintenance needs and address issues before they led to unexpected breakdowns. This proactive approach not only improved machine performance but also reduced operational costs for customers.
The launch of FLEETPRO in 2024 marked another important step in enhancing service efficiency. This value line brand streamlined parts demand at an adjusted cost, ensuring timely availability of spare parts and minimizing repair delays. Additionally, digital platforms and AI-driven communication tools kept customers informed about service progress, building trust through transparency. With improved inventory management and data-driven insights, CASE has successfully created a seamless and reliable service experience that continues to meet evolving industry standards.
Our team regularly organizes service camps to provide machine checkups and service assistance. These camps help us gather direct customer feedback, strengthen brand trust, and ensure better machine performance for our customers.
How do you expect the market to shape up for the road construction equipment industry? What sort of government policies or measures will foster growth for the infra industry at large thereby propel the growth of CE industry.
India’s push for better infrastructure is driving changes in the road construction equipment industry. Large projects are moving ahead, and the need to meet deadlines has led the government to introduce policies that promote speed and efficiency. Performance-based contracts reward timely work and discourage delays, encouraging the use of advanced machinery. Private investments in highway projects are adding much-needed funds, helping to accelerate progress. At the same time, stricter emission norms like BS (CEV) V standards are making eco-friendly technologies a priority, pushing the demand for equipment that reduces environmental impact while meeting project requirements.
CASE India is keeping pace with these changes by offering innovative solutions that address the industry’s evolving needs. Their machines now come equipped with real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance systems, which improve efficiency and cut down on downtime. As projects grow in size and complexity, the demand for specialized equipment like motor graders and excavators continues to rise. With supportive policies and growing private involvement, the industry is poised for steady growth.
