Liugong India Announces Its Foray into Mining Segment at Bauma Conexpo India 2023
Liugong India, a leading manufacturer of construction and heavy machinery announced its foray into the mining segment at Bauma Conexpo India, held in Greater Noida.
The new launches consist of large excavators viz. 965Exd, 975Exd, Dump Truck (DW 105A), Hydrostatic Wheel Loader (886HST), Motor Grader (4215D) and Dozer (LD20) . These machines are designed for arduous and tough Indian operating conditions in the most demanding of applications. They are capable to perform large-scale earthwork applications, quarries, and mining applications. Speaking at the occasion, Nischal Mehrotra, Liugong India, Vice President (Sales & Marketing), said, “India is going to be a growth driver for the world in the coming decades, and much of this growth will come from Infrastructure development in the country. There are projects of significant National Importance that are gaining encouraging momentum across the country. Large-scale Infrastructure development will require larger and more productive machines, and this new range of equipment addresses that need. The 975EXD is a 75 Tonne machine and has a 5.6 m3 bucket. The machine is powered by a Cummins 524hp, 2373Nm torque engine with an electronic controlled direct injection system.
The 965EXD is a 62.6 Tonne machine and has a 4.1 m3 bucket. The machine is powered by a Scania 444hp, 2007Nm torque engine with an electronic controlled direct injection system.
The DW105A has a gross horsepower of 480kW, 552HP@1900rpm and a payload capacity of 70 tons
The 886HST is powered by a Cummins 322hp engine and a payload capacity of 8 tons
The 4215D is powered by a Yuchai 217hp engine has an operating weight of 16.4 Tons and a blade length of 3960mm
The LD20 is powered by a cummins 206hp, 1000Nm engine with an operating weight of 19Tons

Liugong has introduced battery-powered wheel loader 856HEMax– delivering all the benefits of electric power and zero emissions without sacrificing performance
The 5.8 Tonne payload capacity machine was unveiled by Shri Nitin Gadkari, union Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India
