Ace Ventura Tyres & Tracks specialises in the design, development and supply of innovative ACETRAX^® branded tyres and tracks for the construction and material handling industry. The company offers products for construction, material handling, mining, infrastructure, aerial work platforms, agriculture, waste management, ports and other industrial applications.

The ACETRAX^® portfolio includes solid tyres, pneumatic tyres, press-on-band tyres, foam-filled tyres and wheel assemblies, scissor lift tyres and wheel assemblies, construction and mining tyres, rubber tracks and Over-the-Tire Tracks (OTT).

Our product development is driven by a simple objective: solve practical equipment problems and improve operating efficiency.

A key example is the ACETRAX^® Ready-to-Fit Foam Filled Tyre & Wheel Assembly. In environments where punctures are common, a flat tyre can take equipment out of operation and disrupt an entire job. Our foam-filled assemblies use a specially formulated two-component polyurethane system to convert conventional pneumatic tyres into puncture-proof, maintenance-free tyres. For equipment owners, this means fewer tyre-related stoppages, reduced maintenance and more productive operating hours, while retaining cushioning for a more comfortable ride.

For aerial work platforms, our ACETRAX^® Ready-to-Fit Scissor Lift Tyre & Wheel Assemblies provide a convenient replacement solution. The tyres use high-quality rubber compounds and are bonded directly to precision-engineered rims. Available in different tread patterns and compatible with leading brands such as JLG, Genie, Haulotte and Dingli, the assemblies are designed for quick replacement and reduced equipment downtime. With an inventory of more than 500 ready-to-fit assemblies, we are able to support the fast-moving requirements of equipment rental companies and owners.

Our ACETRAX^® Over-the-Tire Tracks (OTT) address a different challenge: limited traction on difficult terrain. Designed for skid steer loaders, OTT increases ground contact to improve traction, flotation and stability on mud, sand, gravel, loose soil and other challenging surfaces. This allows owners to extend the operating capability of existing wheeled machines and take on applications where conventional tyres may not perform adequately. The common benefit across these products is practical: less downtime, easier maintenance, better machine utilisation and greater confidence in demanding applications.

At bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026, a key product we are showcasing is the ACETRAX^® Over-the-Tire Track (OTT).

OTT is designed to increase the versatility of wheeled skid steer loaders by improving traction, flotation and stability on difficult ground conditions. Installed over the existing tyres, the system enables operators to adapt their machines for challenging terrain without permanently converting them to a tracked configuration. The tracks feature hardened steel construction, a reinforced flotation profile, modular serviceable design and adjustable track length to suit different wheelbase requirements.

For equipment owners, the advantage is greater utilisation of an existing machine. A skid steer that may be limited by soft, loose or uneven ground can be equipped to handle a wider range of applications and conditions. Alongside OTT, we will showcase ACETRAX^® Ready-to-Fit Foam Filled Tyre & Wheel Assemblies, Ready-to-Fit Scissor Lift Tyre & Wheel Assemblies, solid tyres, pneumatic tyres and rubber tracks.

Which segments are the biggest demand drivers for your products?

Construction and infrastructure are major demand drivers, particularly for skid steer loaders, compact construction equipment, access platforms and other equipment operating on demanding jobsites. Material handling is another significant segment. Forklifts and other warehouse and industrial equipment often operate for extended hours, making tyre life, stability and maintenance critical considerations.

We also see strong demand from mining, quarrying, recycling, scrap handling and waste management, where sharp materials, abrasive surfaces and heavy-duty conditions can result in frequent tyre damage.

The aerial work platform and equipment rental market is another important growth area. Rental operators need machines available for customers rather than sitting idle for tyre replacement, which increases the value of ready-to-fit, dependable tyre assemblies.

Across these segments, customers are becoming more focused on total operating cost rather than purchase price alone. Longer service life, reduced downtime, lower maintenance and better equipment utilisation are increasingly influencing tyre selection.

What is your outlook for the tyres industry and your company going forward?

For Ace Ventura, our focus is to expand the ACETRAX^® portfolio across construction, material handling, mining, access equipment and other specialised applications, while continuing to strengthen our relationships with OEMs, dealers, rental companies and equipment owners. We also see strong potential in international markets and will leverage India’s growing manufacturing capabilities to serve customers globally.
