Sri Lotus Developers Appointed as Developer for a Large-Scale commercial Redevelopment in Juhu an estimated GDV of Rs.1,600 crore.
Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited, a leading developer of luxury and ultra-luxury residential and commercial properties in Mumbai, with a focus on redevelopment and joint development projects, (through its subsidiary) as the Developer for a landmark commercial-cum-retail redevelopment project in Juhu, Mumbai.
The project involves the redevelopment of one of Juhu’s prominent and well-established commercial shopping complexes and is strategically located in a prime area of Juhu, Mumbai. The proposed redevelopment will comprise a premium commercial and retail development, with an estimated total carpet area of approximately 3.46 lakh sq. ft. and an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs.1,600 crore. The project is expected to commence in Q3 FY28 and is targeted for completion within approximately 3–4 years from commencement.

Kernex Microsystems Bags Major Rs.100.53 Crore Contract from Indian Railways.
Kernex Microsystems (India) Ltd has received a Rs.100.53 crore order, including GST, from Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, for the supply and installation of onboard KAVACH equipment for trainsets.
Under the order, Kernex Microsystems will undertake the supply, installation, interfacing with trainset electrical systems, testing and commissioning of onboard KAVACH equipment as per the Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO) Specification No. RDSO/SPN/196/2020 Version 4.0 or the latest applicable standards.
The contract also includes warranty support and comprehensive annual maintenance contract (CAMC) provisions.

Krystal Integrated Services Bags Rs.740-Crore Urban Wastewater Contracts in Maharashtra.
Krystal Integrated Services Ltd, in consortium with LC Infra Projects Pvt Ltd (LIPPL), has secured two work orders with a combined value of Rs.740.06 crore, including GST, from the Urban Development Department of the Maharashtra government. The contracts have been awarded under the Swachh Maharashtra Mission (U) 2.0 for the development of sewage treatment plants (STPs), interception and diversion (I&D) systems and sewer networks on an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis.The projects will be executed under the LC Infra-Krystal Consortium, with LC Infra Projects serving as the lead member and Krystal Integrated Services as the technical member. Krystal holds a 40% stake in the consortium, giving it an estimated share of Rs.296.03 crore of the total contract value.
Both contracts have an execution period of two years.
The work orders cover the Pune and Nagpur divisions under Bid Category II for urban local bodies with sewage treatment plant capacity of 5 million litres per day (MLD) and above.
The Pune Division contract has an aggregate value of Rs.160.12 crore, of which Krystal’s 40% share is Rs.64.05 crore.
The Nagpur Division contract is valued at Rs.579.94 crore, with Krystal’s share amounting to Rs.231.98 crore.

Dilip Buildcon Ltd. (DBL) has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) worth Rs.160.20 crore from the Odisha Bridge & Construction Corporation (OB&CC) for the construction of a six-lane diversion road in Sundargarh district, Odisha, the company said recently.
The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract involves developing a six-lane diversion road along with service roads on the Duduka-Gopalpur-Toparia Road corridor. The project covers a stretch between km 4.700 and km 11.500.

Sterlite Technologies wins Rs.960-Crore Order.
Sterlite Technologies Ltd (STL) has bagged an order from a domestic telecom operator for the supply of optical fibre cables customised to meet the customer’s technical specifications and network requirements.
The order, valued at approximately Rs.960 crore, is part of a multi-year supply agreement covering FY28 and FY29. The agreement can be extended by an additional two years subject to mutual consent between the parties. Under the contract, STL will manufacture and supply high-performance optical fibre cables designed in line with the telecom operator’s specific technical guidelines and network architecture requirements.

Diamond Power Infrastructure Receives Rs.185-Crore Conductor Supply Order from Adani Energy Solutions.
Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited (DPIL), an integrated manufacturer of power transmission and distribution equipment under the DICABS brand, has received a Contract Confirmation/Letter of Award from Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) for the supply of aluminium alloy conductors for two transmission projects.
The order involves the design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, packing, dispatch and transportation of AL59 aluminium alloy conductors on a Delivery-at-Place (DAP) basis. The supply includes 1,050 km of AL59 Moose Conductors for the Tuticorin Project and 3,770 km of AL59 Zebra Conductors for the Pune-III Project.
The contract is valued at Rs.185.16 crore, excluding GST, and approximately Rs.218.49 crore including GST. The order value includes packing, forwarding, freight and transit insurance charges. The contract is based on a variable pricing mechanism linked to aluminium LME prices and USD/INR movements through an agreed price variation formula.
Deliveries for the order are scheduled between July 2026 and February 2027.

Engineering and construction services provider Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd (CCCL) has secured new orders worth a combined Rs.220 crore across its Buildings & Factories (B&F) and Special Projects divisions.
The contracts cover the construction of buildings and factories spread across an estimated 8 lakh square feet. The projects have been awarded by various domestic private and institutional clients, the company said.
The orders comprise Bill of Quantities (BOQ)-based item-rate contracts to be executed across multiple project sites in different parts of India.
CCCL plans to complete the projects before the end of financial year 2028-29 (FY29).

The order has been placed by a leading independent power producer (IPP) and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) player, the company said.

Jupiter Wagons Secures Rs.400-Crore Energy Storage Projects in West Bengal.
Jupiter Wagons Ltd (JWL) has secured two battery energy storage system (BESS) projects worth around Rs.400 crore from West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd (WBSEDCL).
The projects, with a combined capacity of 100 MW/400 MWh, will be developed at Jeerat and Kharagpur in West Bengal. The contracts were awarded through e-reverse auctions under the tariff-based competitive bidding process, JWL said in a statement.
JWL’s subsidiary, JEM Energy, will execute and operate the projects under a 15-year build-own-operate (BOO) model.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Heavy Engineering business has secured a series of major international orders across Asia, Africa, North America, South America and Europe, L&T’s Heavy Engineering division has received significant contracts from the Dangote Group, Africa’s largest industrial conglomerate, for a mega refinery project and multi-train fertiliser expansion projects in Nigeria and Ethiopia. The scope of work includes the supply of critical process equipment, including the world’s largest Fluid Catalytic Cracking Reactor Regenerator Package, along with key urea and ammonia equipment. The business has also secured a repeat order from a Japanese customer to manufacture and supply heat exchangers and absorbers for an LNG project in Canada.Additionally, L&T has won orders from customers in Spain, the United States and Brazil for core process equipment, including coke drums, fractionator columns and heat exchangers.

The contract involves the design and construction of a desalinated water conveyance tunnel connecting the proposed water pumping station at Manori to Charkop, with an extension up to Mahavir Nagar in Kandivali. The project cost includes Goods and Services Tax (GST) as well as operations and maintenance (O&M) components.

State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd has secured two project management contracts worth a combined Rs.108.85 crore.
The first contract, awarded by the National Horticulture Board, involves the construction of a Clean Plant Centre laboratory and office building at ICAR-CITH in Srinagar under the Clean Plant Program. The project is valued at approximately Rs.20.42 crore.
The second and larger order has been received from the Directorate of Technical Education and Training, Cuttack, Odisha. Under the contract, NBCC will construct boys’ and girls’ hostels at various locations across Odisha. The project carries an estimated value of Rs.88.43 crore.

The contract strengthens RailTel’s portfolio of government technology projects and expands its role in providing digital infrastructure and cloud services to public-sector organisations.
