What sort of Customer centric initiatives has your company undertaken to be one step ahead of competition.
As markets mature, products need to evolve for the market to grow. Since AWPs are high-cost nonproduction machines, it is important for the manufacturers to make these machines versatile to enable the buyer to sweat his asset for economic viability. Looking at the Indian market any high-cost machines need more than 260hrs deployment per month (on an average) for a standalone business case. To ensure this DINGLI has developed multiple attachments to cater to special purpose applications besides the known applications. Such customised offerings will help DINGLI to move from providing Machine to Providing specific Solutions. Special attachments for Glass handling (Facades of big buildings), Track mounted AWPs, Ship repair work including DeRusting/ surface preparation & painting of Hulls of Ships, Intelligent Precision Boring & other such ultra special attachments is going to be the next big thing.

Give us an understanding of your company’s performance this year and your outlook going forward?
Currently DINGLI is putting in the efforts to position the products at the Premium Level that it enjoys Globally being a part of the Top three. For a Premium Product it is equally important to keep on increasing visibility of the machines. We, at DINGLI, have set ourselves a target of growing faster than the market. The performance of the machines is giving us the multiplier effect. Next three years will see DINGLI establish itself as the leading equipment in the #SAARC countries as that is area being covered by team Dingli from India.
As an exhibitor, what are your expectations from bauma Conexpo India 2024
We hope that bauma Conexpo management has done sufficient campaigning to ensure high customer footfall. Looking at our direct & indirect investment of multiple resources, it is important that the fair attracts customers from across India & neighbouring countries to ensure continued presence of exhibitors particularly when the number of national level & regional level exhibitions is increasing not to forget domain specific exhibitions. I am sure bauma will keep reinventing itself for the exhibitors to get the bang for their buck.
