- Fully Electric Truck Mixer (8 Cubic Meter Capacity): The highlight of the show will be the launch of this zero-emission mixer. This fully electric vehicle addresses the critical need for sustainable concrete delivery in congested urban areas, ensuring clean operation without compromising the high-demand 8 cu.m capacity.
- CNG Powered Truck Mixers: Expanding the alternative fuel portfolio, Schwing Stetter is introducing a range of mixers running on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), providing a cost-effective and lower-emission solution for bulk concrete transport.

How is your organisation integrating advancements in digitalisation, automation, AI, telematics and predictive technologies to enhance productivity, safety, lifecycle value and overall machine performance for customers?
SSI has implemented a layered approach to IoT integration, branded as IoT In, IoT Ready, and IoT Abled, which allows customers varying degrees of data access and control across their entire concreting product range (Batching Plants, Concrete Pumps, and Mixers).

For example, data on concrete mixes and pump pressures informs the design of more robust wear parts.

This vast infrastructure, supported by a network of dealers, ensures that technical assistance and spare parts are quickly accessible even in remote project sites. The entire spare parts network is connected via a centralized SAP system to monitor inventory and facilitate rapid delivery of emergency replacement parts, often within a day through air shipment when necessary, which is critical for minimizing project delays. Furthermore, the company has a large team of factory-trained specialist technicians and service engineers who are strategically positioned in clusters to promptly attend to service calls and provide timely and accurate troubleshooting and repairs.
A cornerstone of SSI’s strategy is the integration of advanced IoT and telematics solutions like Schwing Smartrack across its equipment. This technology enables real-time remote monitoring of machine performance, including parameters like fuel consumption, engine health, and operational data. In its products and technologies, the company is a pioneer in the circular economy for construction by offering specialized equipment like Concrete Recycling Plants (RA) and Construction and Demolition (C&D) Waste Crushers, which facilitate the reuse of waste aggregates and cementitious fines, drastically reducing landfill burden. They are also developing more energy-efficient and low-emission equipment, including the launch of a fully electrified Shotcrete Pump (TSR 30.10 EV) and R&D into vehicles compatible with biofuels (like ethanol), which directly addresses the reduction of carbon emissions at the construction site.
