Chetan CI, Chief Operating Officer, White Lotus Group, an IIM alumnus, Chetan has a remarkable track record of building scalable businesses from scratch within the competitive tech-startup landscape. Chetan brings a fresh, dynamic perspective and a wealth of experience to his new role. Prior to joining White Lotus, Chetan played a crucial role as part of the founding team at a healthtech startup, where he led strategic initiatives to drive growth and revenue maximisation, ultimately contributing to its successful exit. Chetan also served as the Head of Marketing for Cars and Financial Verticals at Ola, where he showcased his expertise in Revenue Management and Customer Engagement within the automotive and financial sectors.
At White Lotus, Chetan will work closely with Pavan Kumar, Founder & CEO and IIT alumnus to drive high-impact verticals of Business Development, Growth and Operations. Most importantly, his leadership will further foster a culture of technology-driven innovation in property development & end-to-end customer experience, strengthening White Lotus’ leadership as a young, unconventional player in the bespoke luxury real estate.

Abhishek Raj, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Jenika Ventures, is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of extensive experience in the Real Estate sector. Before his role in real estate, he dedicatedly practised for 2 to 3 years in his father’s law firm who is a Senior at tax advocate, demonstrating his multifaceted expertise. Abhishek holds an MBA from the prestigious University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom. After completing his master’s degree, Abhishek took a bold step into the international market by initiating his real estate business. This strategic move not only showcased his entrepreneurial spirit but also provided him with invaluable experience and international exposure. His foray into the global real estate arena allowed him to navigate diverse markets and establish a solid foundation for the growth and success of Jenika Ventures under his leadership.

Ajay Rao, Founder & CEO, Emiza, with over two decades of business leadership experience, Emiza has experienced remarkable growth, from its inception in 2016 with just one warehouse and two clients to becoming a key player across diverse sectors, including fashion, beauty, personal care, food, baby care, home appliances, and electronics. Ajay’s journey in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations commenced in 2004 with the Writer Group. Since then, he has progressed through various leadership roles, including CEO of Writer Safeguard Private Limited and CEO of Writer Relocations, where he oversaw global operations in India and the GCC. After an enriching 8-year tenure, Ajay transitioned to Allcargo Global Logistics Limited, serving as President for three years. Simultaneously, he also served as President at the Indo-Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Mumbai, fostering trade relations between nations. Ajay is a distinguished alumnus of William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business, USA, graduating Summa cum Laude.

Vikas Kumar Mittal, Managing Director, Nova Formworks, brings over two decades of experience to the plastic manufacturing domain. His journey commenced within his family’s business in 1999, where he swiftly rose to oversee manufacturing operations. Throughout his tenure, Vikas has spearheaded transformative initiatives, including the introduction of plastic moulded furniture in the early 2000s and innovative construction solutions like the Nova plastic formwork system in 2011. Vikas excels in driving business growth, leading dynamic teams, and pioneering groundbreaking solutions that continuously revolutionize the industry. His proficiency encompasses strategic leadership, innovation management, business and product development, market analysis and sustainability initiatives. Actively involved in industry associations and initiatives aimed at driving positive change, Vikas is regularly invited to various platforms and forums to share insights and expertise.
