Under his leadership, Hero Steels Ltd achieved remarkable operational excellence and profitability, reaching a significant turnover of Rs 1000 crore. His tenure at Hero Steels Ltd was marked by his ability to drive business success while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Dr. Mohit Ramsinghani, Chief Business & Strategy Officer, Suraj Estate Developers Limited, brings over two decades of cross-industry expertise to Suraj Estate Developers Limited. At Suraj Estate, he will be responsible for driving strategic decisions within the organization. Dr. Ramsinghani has held pivotal roles at prominent organizations including HSBC, Barclays, IndusInd Bank, Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, Radius Developers, and Runwal Group. His leadership has driven revenues up to 90 billion INR and managed inventories worth 100 billion INR, showcasing his profound understanding of business dynamics and strategic growth. Dr. Ramsinghani has also trained and mentored hundreds of professionals and channel partners for their growth and development

Anoop Kumar Bhargava, Chief Executive Officer and Director, Empire Centrum, is a result-oriented leader with over four decades of rich experience, he holds a solid track record in Strategy Planning, Profit Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Development and People Management across top pharmaceutical companies such as Novartis (Ciba-Geigy), G.D. Searle, USV, and Ajanta Pharma. Anoop is known for his hands-on approach, driving transformation and executing business turnarounds in new start-up ventures in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Anoop has to his credit many firsts in the industry such as the launch of Voveran; Otrivin; Natural Carotenoids as a new Pharma category as well as the launch of Ajanta Pharma, besides many others.
In his current role, Anoop is responsible for the strategic direction for the division and its portfolio of offerings including an integrated township worth Rs.2500 Crores, while managing a 600-people strong group of employees, vendors and contractors to drive its execution. Anoop holds a Master of Business Administration – Marketing from University of Rajasthan.

Manuj Singhal, Director (Infrastructure), DMRC, an Indian Engineering Service (IES) officer of the 1994 batch, has nearly three decades of Multidisciplinary experience in numerous key positions. In his capacity as Director (Infrastructure), Manuj will be in charge of Maintenance of infrastructure including Civil, Electrical, Signal, AFC, Telecom, Rolling Stock, Solar Power etc in DMRC. An Electrical Engineering Graduate as well as Post Graduate from Delhi College of Engineering, Manuj began his career with National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) and thereafter, joined Department of Telecom through IES. He has been working with DMRC since 2006 and prior to taking up this role, he was working as Executive Director (Rolling Stock /Project). Manuj has published many technical papers in National and International Journals/Conferences and has played a key role in redefining the ‘Energy Mix of DMRC’, ‘execution of Electrical Works for Kochi Metro Project (with D. C. Traction system)’ and ‘finalising of Procurement of Lifts and Escalators on ‘Lease basis’ for DMRC Phase – IV project’.
