In his current role at Bomag, Sunil is leading BOMAG India Team to exceed business objectives, achieving significant financial growth with export and Domestic Projects. With his leadership and vision, Sunil has finalised strategies for BOMAG India along with Global Headquarters to ensure Sustainable Business Growth in India and also for export business.
Before joining Bomag, Sunil has led several leadership roles as Director of Operations, Plant Manager, Head of Projects, Head of New Product Development and gained several accolades for his achievements in Business Transformation processes.

Nandan S Agrawaal, Managing Director, Nandan Group of Companies, joined the family business of lubricants established by his father, a first-generation entrepreneur, and developed it into one of the fastest growing business houses in the country with diversified interests in Lubricants, AdBlue, Petroleum derivatives & Food products catering to multi-disciplinary industries. With an eye on expansion and diversification, he set up India’s first AdBlue manufacturing plant in 2011, through a Joint Venture with Kruse Automotive GmbH. While focusing on working towards sustainable solutions, Nandan’s high energy is tempered by his need to achieve ‘balance’ in work and life because he believes that in ‘balance’ lies the possible cure for all the excesses in life. Nandan is known for his business acumen and innovative ideas.

The key to Nandan’s professional good books is to work with one’s heart and mind combined to get the best possible results. The next two pre-requisites are to work with passion and integrity. Nandan is a Chemical Engineer from University of Mumbai and MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research.

Harpreet Singh Wahan – Business Head – India & ASEAN Region, Enovation Controls India, brings in over 25 years of extensive expertise in machine control electronics, diesel engines, electronics manufacturing and electro-hydraulic solutions. His experience spans key market segments, including off-highway equipment, diesel engines, marine and military vehicles. Previously, Harpreet has held significant roles at Cummins, Kirloskar, and Greaves. Currently, he leads the business, engineering, and operations at Enovation Controls’ Pune manufacturing facility, which he successfully established as a greenfield project in 2019. With key focus on offering solutions to the customer, building robust business systems and scalable operations, his leadership has been pivotal in enhancing Murphy and Enovation Controls’ market share in India, having a strong OEM connect and from 2022 driving expansion in the ASEAN region.
Harpreet is a mechanical engineer with an advanced management degree, he is passionate about technology, autonomous and sustainable manufacturing, brand development, corporate strategy, and team leadership.

Rahul Thomas, Whole-time Director, Suraj Estate Developers, has an experience of almost two decades, Rahul has been one of the driving forces behind the operations of Suraj Estate. Under his able leadership as the Whole-time Director of Suraj Estates, the company has successfully achieved some key milestones including getting the company listed. A graduate from the prestigious Harvard University, Rahul has been instrumental in other verticals of the business as well including Marketing, CRM, Sales, Liasioning, HR and Administration ensuring positive outcomes in all of the mentioned avenues. Under his leadership, Rahul has effectively managed the team, navigated the complexities of the public offering process and orchestrated the overall process of taking the company public. His ability to make informed decisions, anticipate market trends, and position the company favorably contributed to the success of taking the company public.
Rahul has been passionate about not only building Suraj Estate as one of the most sought-after real estate brands in luxury and value luxury segment but also his contribution towards community development has been fundamental. He has been bestowed with Realty+ 40 Under 40 in 2022. Under his leadership, Suraj Estates was also awarded in the Luxury category in ET Now Best Realty Brands 2024.
