K V S Sanjay, Vice President & Head of Solar & EV Business, Panasonic Life Solutions India, has over 25 years of experience across the solar energy and telecom sectors, he has held leadership roles at major organizations such as Reliance, Luminous, Tata, and Airtel, where he led key projects in renewable energy and infrastructure development.
In his new role, Sanjay will lead the strategic growth and operations of Panasonic’s Solar and EV Charging business in India and select global markets. He will focus on expanding the company’s market presence and building strong partnerships to support its clean energy goals. His efforts will also contribute to Panasonic’s long-term vision of a greener and more sustainable future.

Ujwal Kunte, Founder and Managing Director, CQRA Pvt. Ltd, began his career as a Design Engineer at Afcons before pursuing his passion for management studies. Fascinated by Concrete Technology, Ujwal founded Durocrete Pvt. Ltd in 1995 in Pune. Today, Durocrete is a leading Material Testing and Geo-Engineering company in Western India, accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) under the Department of Science and Technology since 2007. In the late 1990s, Ujwal and his team conducted an extensive study on quality practices at construction sites across India. The findings of this research led to the establishment of CQRA Pvt. Ltd. in 2004, a pioneering Third-Party Quality Inspection company accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies (NABCB). In 2019, Durocrete and CQRA Pvt. Ltd. received equity participation from ACTS Beirut, a leading Material Testing, Third-Party Inspection, and Geo-Engineering company operating across the GCC countries. Ujwal is also the driving force behind the development of the 10-Point Rating System Benchmark, designed to assess and measure quality across various parameters of construction projects. He regularly conducts workshops and training sessions on these subjects and has contributed research papers to both national and international seminars.
Ujwal is a Civil Engineer from MIT College, Pune, and holds an MBA from the prestigious Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is an avid reader and enjoys playing badminton in his free time.

Kanika Sharma, Vice President Marketing, Neworld Developers, will lead the company’s marketing strategies, focusing on enhancing brand presence and driving customer-centric campaigns across Neworld’s residential and commercial projects in key markets, including Delhi-NCR. Kanika brings extensive experience in strategic marketing and brand management within the real estate sector. Prior to joining Neworld Developers, she served as the Director of Corporate Marketing at Geetanjali Homestate Private Limited, where she played a pivotal role in elevating the company’s brand visibility and market positioning.
Kanika was also associated with Gupta Builders & Promoters in Chandigarh, where she contributed significantly to marketing and business expansion efforts. Her leadership has been instrumental in executing impactful campaigns and fostering strong customer engagement.
