The result of re-electing Modi 3.0 Cabinet is in front of us with the government once again laying immense thrust on exceptional infrastructure development… Chairing the maiden Cabinet meeting of Modi 3.0, Prime Minister Narendra Modi approved government assistance for the construction of three crore rural and urban houses under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), signaling greater growth prospects for construction sector and allied segments for the next few years and beyond.

As we move past the election fervor, the next big event everyone is eyeing is the full-fledged Union Budget announcement of Modi 3.0, which is to happen in July. One thing is certain that the next decade belongs to India and for India to achieve the tag of ‘Viksit Bharat by 2047’, infrastructure players have to play the LEAD role. With the new project announcement in the offing, it’s only and only RISE of Construction Sector, which is set to unfold in the next few years. Be it adapting new age technology or embracing sustainable expanse, construction & infrastructure companies will need to drive the growth pedestal and create a strong foundation to create exceptional infrastructural benchmarks.
