Signature Global gives Rs.320 cr contract to ACC to build housing project

Real estate firm Signature Global has awarded a Rs.320 crore contract to ACC India for the construction of its luxury housing project, ‘Twin Towers DXP,’ located in Sector 84, Gurugram, Haryana. ACC India will be responsible for civil, structural, and some mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work across all towers, basements, and ancillary buildings.


RailTel Corporation of India secures order worth Rs.156 crore

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd secured a work order worth Rs.156 crore from the Rural Development Department, Mantralaya, Maharashtra for the operationalization of the ASSK-GP project in the Konkan, Pune, and Nashik regions, amounting to Rs.156 crore (excluding tax). The project is expected to be completed by September 25, 2025.


Transformers & Rectifiers Secures Rs.565 Crore Order from Power Grid

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd secured an order worth Rs.565 crore order from Power Grid Corporation of India. The order entails the manufacturing of transformers and reactors ranging from 80 MVAr to 500 MVA and for voltage classes of 420 kV to 765 kV. The company expects to deliver these products by the financial year 2025-2026.


BEL secures order worth over Rs.500 Crore.

Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL), has secured additional orders exceeding Rs.500 crore, the orders include the supply of EMI shelters, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for Integrated Air Command and Control System nodes, spare parts for gun systems and radars, as well as communication systems, among other critical defense equipment.


Bondada Engineering Secures Rs.468-Crore Order from KPI Green.

Bondada Engineering Ltd has secured a substantial order worth Rs.468 crore from KPI Green Energy for the supply of materials for a solar power generation plant with a capacity of 130 MWp/100 MWac.

The project is expected to be completed within 12 months. Bondada will handle both the material supply and the installation for the solar power generation plant, showcasing its growing presence in the renewable energy sector.


Welspun Enterprises Secures Rs.1,989 Crore Design and Build Contract in Mumbai

Welspun Enterprises has secured a significant design and build contract worth Rs.1,989 crore from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for the construction of a tunnel. The project involves designing and constructing a tertiary treated water conveyance tunnel that will connect the Dharavi Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) to the Ghatkopar WWTF.

The contract, valued at Rs.1,989.40 crore excluding GST, mandates the construction of the tunnel using a tunnel boring machine (TBM) within a timeline of 93 months.


MTAR Technologies Secures Rs.15.4 Crore Order

MTAR Technologies Limited has secured a Rs.15.4 crore order from the Defence Research & Development Laboratory (DRDL) to manufacture and supply full-scale and sub-scale combustors. This order is part of a project aimed at advancing air-breathing engine technology for key defence programs.

The Hyderabad-based company will complete the project by September 2025, bolstering its capabilities in delivering advanced systems for next-generation engines in defence applications.


Ashoka Buildcon Secures Letter of Award Worth Rs.1,727 Crore.

Ashoka Buildcon has received Letters of Award (LoA) from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) for two major infrastructure projects, The first project entails the design and construction of a creek bridge connecting Kolshet to Kalhar, valued at Rs.288.18 crore plus GST. The second project involves the design and construction of another creek bridge from Gaimukh to Payegaon, with a value of Rs.975.58 crore plus GST.

Additionally, Ashoka Buildcon has secured an LoA for an elevated road project that will connect Kalyan Murbad Road (near Palms Water Resort) to Badlapur Road (Jagdish Dugdhalaya). This elevated road will intersect with the Pune Link Road and traverse over the Karjat Kasara Railway line, along with the inclusion of a slip road, bringing the total project value to Rs.474.10 crore plus GST.

Chennai Metro Rail Awards Rs.53.02 Crore Contract to Harsco Rail

Chennai Metro Rail Limited has awarded a contract for the design, manufacturing, supply, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and operation of a self-propelled rail-grinding machine to US-based HARSCO RAIL LLC. The four-year contract is valued at Rs.53.02 crores.

The rail grinding machine is a specialized vehicle designed for the maintenance of railway tracks. Its primary function is to restore the rail profile by removing irregularities, such as mill scale and superficial defects that occur during operations. This maintenance is crucial for enhancing the geometric quality of the track, improving rail-wheel contact, and ensuring better ride quality. Additionally, it helps to reduce high dynamic loads, noise, and vibration experienced by metro trains. Implementing preventive and curative grinding processes will extend the service life of the rails by approximately 25%.


Narmadesh Brass Industries Ltd Secures Rs.2.5 crore order

Narmadesh Brass Industries Limited, a subsidiary of M/s Sprayking Limited, has won a contract for the procurement of 50 tonnes of brass billets, valued at approximately Rs.2.5 crore. The purchase order was placed by a prominent company based in Dubai, with the products set to be shipped to China, one of the largest and fastest-growing markets globally.


Kalpataru Projects Secures Rs.2,774 Crore in New Contracts

Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL), a leading engineering and construction company, has secured new orders totaling Rs.2,774 crore. These contracts include major international projects in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector, a Design & Build project for a residential building in India, and an airport extension project from the Airports Authority of India (AAI).


Rail Vikas Nigam Secures Rs.284 Crore Contract from East Coast Railway

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has secured a Rs.283.69 crore contract from the East Coast Railway for construction activities in Odisha, emerging as the lowest bidder for the project.

The scope of work includes the construction of third and fourth railway lines between Jarapada and Talcher Road, along with a new line for the MCRL Inner Corridor Phase-I Doubling, covering 14 kilometers. Additional tasks will be carried out between Jarapada and Talcher Road, excluding station yards related to the third and fourth lines of the Jarapada-Budhapank Project, as well as work between Angul and Balram, which includes yards for the MCRL Inner Corridor Phase-I Doubling.


JSW Infra Secures LoI for Rs.4,000 Crore Port Development Project.

JSW Infrastructure Limited (JSW Infra) has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Maharashtra Maritime Board (MMB) to develop, operate, manage, and maintain a new all-weather, multipurpose port in Murbe village, Palghar district, Maharashtra. The project, with an estimated cost of Rs.4,259 crore, is expected to create 1,500 jobs. The LoI, valid for 24 months, outlines specific terms and conditions, which JSW Infra must meet before signing a 70-year concession agreement with MMB. This greenfield port project is a key part of JSW Infra’s long-term growth strategy, aiming to increase its capacity from 170 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) to 400 MTPA by 2030.The port, to be developed under a public-private partnership (PPP) using the design, build, own, operate, and transfer (DBOOT) model, will handle captive, bulk, and dry bulk cargo. Located near key transportation corridors like National Highway 8 and the Delhi-Mumbai rail route, the port will play a strategic role in supporting the region’s growing trade needs. The royalty for the project will be calculated per metric tonne and adjusted in five-year blocks.


PSP Projects Wins Orders Valued at Rs.554.92 Crore

PSP Projects Limited has secured work orders valued at Rs.554.92 crore, excluding taxes. The largest contract, worth Rs.389.29 crore, involves the construction of the Gold Stone Hotel and Commercial Towers in Bangalore, Karnataka. This institutional project is set to be completed in 22 months, with components slated for 16-month timelines. Additionally, PSP Projects has obtained a Rs.165.04 crore contract for residential towers in Ahmedabad, which is expected to be completed within 24 months.


Ashoka Buildcon Secures Rs.2310 Crore Projects In Maharashtra

Ashoka Buildcon has received Letters of Acceptance for two major projects from the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation, totalling Rs.2,310 crore. The projects include a flyover construction and an extensive engineering, procurement, and construction contract for integrated infrastructure development. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has awarded Ashoka Buildcon a contract for the construction of Flyover Arm 1 and Arm 2 at the T Junction on the Sion Panvel Highway in Maharashtra Nagar, M/E Ward.
