Arvind Rishi as AVP Sales and Aftermarket, with over 40 years of extensive experience in the energy and transportation sectors, Arvind brings a wealth of expertise in customer service, sales operations, and strategic business development. In his new role, he will spearhead TIL’s business growth initiatives through machine sales and aftermarket services, while overseeing business operations, strengthening customer service, expanding market presence, and enhancing profitability across verticals. Prior to joining TIL Limited, Arvind held significant leadership positions at prominent companies, including Cummins, Greaves, and Gainwell CAT. His long tenure at Cummins built a deep operational and strategic foundation in service excellence and business leadership, while his experience at Greaves enhanced his go-to-market and network development capabilities. At Gainwell CAT, he mastered the integration of sales and aftermarket operations across the premium Caterpillar brand, working extensively across critical infrastructure sectors such as Coal, Railways, Oil, Defence, Marine, and Mining.
An accomplished professional, Arvind holds a Post-Diploma in Automobile Engineering from GNE Ludhiana and a Master’s in Material Science from Pune University. This dual technical and management background allows him to approach business challenges with analytical rigour, balancing data-driven insights with practical experience.

Kushal Kunder, Chief Operating Officer, ANJ Group, is a seasoned professional whose career spans three decades across some of India’s most respected organisations in real estate and infrastructure. Kushal has spent over 20 years at commercial real estate giant CBRE, where he led operations for a global tech major across India. His earlier roles at K Raheja Realty and Skanska shaped his grounding in construction and project management. Over the years, he has built a reputation for technical expertise and as someone who understands how to align people, processes and purpose to deliver world-class spaces.
At ANJ Group, he will focus on sharpening operational capabilities, streamlining execution and supporting the company’s ambitious expansion plans across new geographies and sectors.

Amit Kumar Sinha, Managing Director & CEO, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, joined Mahindra Group in November 2020 as President – Group Strategy. He became a member of Group Executive Board from April 2021. Over the past 2+ years, Amit led several high-impact projects covering growth, transformation, and capital allocation across Group companies. Amit is also a Director on the Board of Mahindra Finance, Mahindra Susten, and Mahindra First Choice. Prior to joining the Mahindra Group, Amit was a Senior Partner and Director with Bain & Company. Over 18 years at Bain across US and India, he managed large-scale strategy, organization, and performance improvement projects covering numerous industries including infrastructure, real-estate, construction, energy, and technology. Amit started his career with Tata Motors and worked with IGate Patni (now Capgemini) in technology leadership roles in India, Singapore, and US.
Amit holds dual MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Finance and Strategy, where he received coveted Palmer scholar award and Siebel scholarship for academic performance. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronics) from the Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi. Amit is also an Ananta Aspen Fellow as part of their India leadership fellowship program.
