Alexander Markov Vice President – Construction Segment, APAC & AME region, CNH Industrial, started his career at CNH Industrial in 2014 as Head of Network Development and later taking responsibility as Business Director for Construction Equipment in Russia & Belarus. Starting from 1st January 2023, he was appointed as Head of APAC & AME region for Construction Segment. In his role, he is responsible for Commercial Operations, Manufacturing Operations and After Market business in the assigned region.  

Alexander received his MBA Degree from ESHAL Management School in Brussels. Alexander worked for international companies for over 25 years.  During his long career in multinational business environment in sales, marketing and business development roles, Alexander developed strong expertise in implementing market growth strategies in capital goods sector.

Mayank Advani, Associate Director, AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) Sales & Distribution, hBits Group has over 13 years of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) and consulting sectors, Mayank, an IBS Bangalore alumnus, brings a rich blend of expertise to the team.

Mayank’s career includes impactful roles at Deloitte, Aditya Birla, Kotak Mahindra, IIFL Wealth, and Motilal Oswal AMC. Mayank’s skills encompass market analysis, sales, and distribution management, particularly focusing on Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, and structured products.

In his role at hBits Group, Mayank will spearhead the Sales & Distribution operations for AIF and related offerings. His primary objective is to broaden the group’s influence in the real estate market through a robust distribution network. This network aims to reach a diverse range of domestic and international investors, including those in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities in India, facilitating access to organized real estate investment opportunities for HNIs and UHNIs..

Pratik Kataria, Director Of Sainath Developers, is a young visionary in the Real Estate and Investment vertical, Pratik has progressed in the realty sector at a lightning pace. Pratik is a committee member of National Real Estate Development Council, Maharashtra (NAREDCO). Prior to assuming a position in the committee, Pratik served as President of NextGen Committee, Secretary and President-Elect at NextGen, NAREDCO Maharashtra.

Full of vigour and zeal, Pratik ventures into several other verticals too.
