Value Rs.250 cr

Modis Navnirman Limited, one of Mumbai’s fastest-growing real estate developers in the redevelopment segment, recently announced its appointment as the developer for the redevelopment of BOI Staff Sheetal Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., located at Ramnagar, S.V. Road, Borivali (West), Mumbai – 400 092. The redevelopment project is spread across a land parcel of approximately 3924.91 Sq. Mtrs of plot area and is estimated to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs.250 crore. The project will focus on creating a modern, high-quality residential development that significantly enhances safety standards, sustainability features, and lifestyle amenities for residents.


Value Rs.1000 – 2500 cr

The Transportation Infrastructure business vertical of L&T has won a significant order for Hyderabad Greenfield Radial Road.

This order pertains to Phase-2 of the Greenfield Radial Road, wherein a 22.3 km 3+3 lane access-controlled radial road is being constructed in the Ranga Reddy district.

L&T’s scope involves construction of a 3.6 km long viaduct, minor bridges, underpasses and culverts. Construction of service roads on both sides, extensive retention structures, storm water drainage system, footpaths, cycle track and landscaping works are also in L&T’s scope.

This is the first of several planned radial roads linking Hyderabad’s Outer Ring Road to the upcoming Regional Ring Road. It will improve regional connectivity and support growth, providing better access to IT hubs, Electronic City, the Young India Skills University and the Bharat Future City.

The Minerals & Metals (M&M) business vertical of L&T has secured major orders from the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) and other customers, for EPC projects and products in the domestic metals sector.L&T and SAIL share a long-standing relationship spanning several decades, marked by the successful execution of numerous metallurgical projects across India. This partnership continues to play a pivotal role in advancing India’s steel manufacturing ecosystem through innovation, capacity augmentation and sustainable development. Under its ambitious modernisation and expansion programme, SAIL plans to increase the crude steel capacity of the IISCO Steel Plant at Burnpur, West Bengal, from 2.5 MTPA to 6.5 MTPA. As part of this expansion, M&M has been awarded the complete engineering, procurement and installation package for critical process plants, including the Coke Oven Battery, By-Product Plant, Basic Oxygen Furnace and a specialised equipment package for material handling, which together form the core of the new steel complex. Simultaneously, SAIL’s Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) in Jharkhand is undergoing a major upstream expansion, for which L&T has been awarded a package to establish Sinter Plant #2, reinforcing its strong presence in the steel sector. In addition, the M&M business has secured multiple orders for specialised material handling equipment, including Stacker Reclaimers and Wagon Tipplers, from various clients across India to deliver technologically advanced and reliable solutions across the minerals and metals value chain.

Vascon Engineers Limited has secured a work order worth Rs.260.09 crore (including GST) from the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation for the construction of a Super Specialty Hospital at Plot No. 4, Sector 15A, C.B.D Belapur, Navi Mumbai. The project is scheduled to be completed within 36 months from the date of issuance of the work order.

The Buildings & Factories (B&F) business vertical of L&T has recently won multiple orders in India. The business has secured an order from Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation to construct Advait Lok (Acharya Shankar Museum Complex & Parking) at Omkareshwar in Khandwa district.

The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) order entails the development of a state-of-the-art global museum, distinguished by large-scale intricate stone carvings and glass fibre reinforced concrete architectural elements. The museum is to showcase the life and philosophy of Acharya Shankar through curated exhibits.

The scope includes civil structure and architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services, external development including parking facilities, and operations and maintenance for five years. The project is to be delivered in 36 months. The business has also received an EPC order from the Assam Government for Redevelopment of R G Baruah Sports Complex located at Sarusajai in Guwahati.  The project involves the construction of a FIFA-compliant football stadium with a seating capacity of 25,000. In addition, the project includes developing a range of sports and allied facilities. The project is to be delivered in 27 months.

Concord Control Systems wholly-owned subsidiary, Advanced Rail Controls, has won a Rs.56.58 crore order from Indian Railways for the supply, installation, and commissioning of locomotive wireless control systems. The contract covers safety systems used for communication and control in locomotive operations, supporting real-time communication and operational coordination during train movement.


Vikran Engineering Limited (VEL), one of India’s emerging multi- sector EPC  companies, today announced that it has received a Notification of Award (NOA) from NTPC Renewable Energy Limited for a Rs.459.20 crore EPC contract for a 400 MW AC grid-connected solar power project at Chitrakoot-1 in Uttar Pradesh. The contract involves execution of the Balance of System (BoS) package for the solar project and is to be completed within a 12-months period. The scope of work includes inland transportation, insurance, installation, testing, commissioning, and guarantee tests, ensuring full operational readiness of the project. Under the award, Vikran Engineering will deliver the project in line with NTPC Renewable Energy Limited’s stringent technical specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety standards, emphasizing the company’s ability to execute large-scale, time-bound renewable energy projects for marquee public-sector clients.

Salasar Techno Engineering Limited, a leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) player in India’s power transmission and infrastructure sector, has been awarded a prestigious Rs.232 crores turnkey transmission line project by Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited (UPPTCL). International funding by KfW (Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau) Germany’s state-owned promotional and development bank, reinforces Salasar’s leadership in social-economic development in the high-voltage transmission domain.The project awarded in November 2025 entails the engineering, detailed design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of a 400 KV DC Twin Moose Banda-Chitrakoot transmission line, spanning approximately 130 kilometres.


Value Rs.2035 cr

Vikran Engineering Limited (VEL), one of India’s emerging multi-sector EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) companies, has received a major work order worth Rs.2,035.26 crore from Onix Renewables Limited, a special purpose vehicle (SPV), for the development of 600 MW AC solar power projects across multiple locations in the state of Maharashtra. The work order, dated December 22, 2025, entails execution of the project on a turnkey EPC basis, covering end-to-end activities including design, engineering, procurement, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning. The scope of work also includes the supply of key components such as solar PV modules and inverters. The project is expected to be completed within a 12-month timeline.

VL Infraprojects Ltd has won a Rs.42.12 crore contract from the Gujarat Water Supply & Sewerage Board (GWSSB) for a regional water supply project in Dahod district. The order was awarded to a joint venture, with VL Infraprojects holding an 80 per cent stake and Ahmedabad-based HM Electro Mech holding the remaining 20 per cent. The project scope includes supplying, lowering, laying, and jointing ductile iron and PVC pipelines as rising and gravity mains. It also covers the design and construction of water treatment facilities, reinforced cement concrete elevated service reservoirs, underground sumps, pump houses, staff quarters, compound walls, village-level sumps, ESRs, and pump rooms. Additionally, the contract involves the installation of pumping machinery and electrification at various head works and sub-head works as part of the augmentation of the Hadaf Regional Water Supply Scheme in Limkheda and Singwad talukas of Dahod district. The project is scheduled for completion within 18 months.

L&T’s Hydrocarbon Onshore business vertical (L&T Onshore) has won a major order from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL).

The scope of work encompasses engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of a Linear Low-Density Polyethylene / High-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE / HDPE) Swing Unit comprising two trains of 575 KTPA each, at Bina in Madhya Pradesh. To be executed by L&T Onshore on a Lump Sum Turnkey basis, it will be India’s largest LLDPE / HDPE Swing Unit, setting a new benchmark in polyethylene production capacity.

KEC International Ltd., a global infrastructure EPC company under the RPG Group, has secured new orders worth Rs.1,150 crore in its Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Civil businesses in India.

The India T&D business won its largest-ever order from a reputed private player, comprising a 765 kV transmission line and a 765/400 kV AIS substation on an LSTK basis. Meanwhile, the Civil business secured a contract for additional civil and structural works for a 150 MW thermal power plant from a prominent private client.

Niraj Cement Structurals Limited has received a work order from the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) for the Sub Soil Investigation, Design and Construction of a 216-meter (3 x 72 m) span major permanent bridge over the Galethiya River at Km 46.45, including both side approach roads, on the North-South Road of Great Nicobar Island in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

The project will be executed through the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode under the 46 BR(I) TF Project Pushpak and is valued at Rs.96.12 crore, including GST.
