What key products, technologies, or launches will you be showcasing at EXCON 2025, and how do these offerings address the evolving needs of construction, mining, and infrastructure segments such as bridges, flyovers, rural projects and smart cities?
For DINGLI, innovation and technology have always been at the core of our brand. Staying true to this, we are showcasing our complete range of NEXT GEN MEWPs (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms) at EXCON 2025. A key highlight will be our category-defining Ultra Boom Lift, equipped with a dual-rotation jib system, a breakthrough feature that significantly enhances Manoeuvrability and productivity. This capability allows operators to cover wider work zones with minimal machine repositioning, making it especially impactful for large-scale construction, infrastructure, bridges, flyovers, and smart-city projects.
As part of our exclusive equipment, the newly launched range of ‘Tunnel Drilling Robots’, and the Dockyard painting & descaling robot, and a range of ‘Material Handling Platform with goods weighing capacity of up to 2 TON”.
How is your organisation integrating advancements in digitalisation, automation, AI, telematics and predictive technologies to enhance productivity, safety, lifecycle value and overall machine performance for customers?
For us, technology and sustainability go hand in hand. They have become integral to DINGLI’s long-term strategy. Today, we offer one of the widest fleets of electric and hybrid MEWPs, engineered to meet future project requirements where clean operations will be essential. The crown on the head is the exclusive range of machines from DINGLI, that have in built AI technology for precision & they are designed specifically for the respective industry. One of the first in the world, like a full range of “Road-cum-Rail Tunnel Drilling Robot” for vertical/horizontal drilling at mines with less to no error, another highlight is the “Dockyard Painting & Rust Removal Robots” for the hull and bottom descaling & painting purposes.
We continue to enhance our machines with advanced diagnostics, improved safety features and telematics-driven insights. Additionally, initiatives such as customer training, operator certification programs, and 24/7 remote and onsite service support ensure improved safety, higher productivity, and maximised lifecycle value for our customers.
Which customer segments and application areas are you targeting through your product and technology offerings, especially in the context of India’s expanding infrastructure needs?
Our solutions are designed for any industry requiring construction, maintenance, installation, or repair at height. DINGLI machines are already active across major Indian infrastructure projects including airports, metro corridors, malls, industrial facilities, and private developments.
One sector with tremendous potential is HVAC, where MEWPs can significantly enhance speed, safety, and precision. As India’s infrastructure expands rapidly, we see growing demand across multiple sectors where aerial solutions can add substantial value.
How does your organisation ensure strong aftermarket support, customer service and high uptime for its equipment across diverse and demanding operating conditions?

Through rapid response, strong parts availability, and proactive service practices, we consistently maintain up to 95% uptime across our operating fleet, even in demanding conditions.
What is your assessment of the market potential for your key product categories in India, and how do you foresee demand trends evolving in 2026 and beyond?
Awareness of MEWPs and safety-focused work-at-height solutions is steadily increasing in India. New industries are now adopting aerial platforms as they recognise the benefits of safety, efficiency, and precision. While current usage remains limited to core sectors, MEWPs have strong potential in entertainment, security, education, facility management, and public utilities. We anticipate 2026 to bring significant growth opportunities, along with greater responsibility on our part to deliver exceptional product quality, service experience, and customer value.
How is your organisation embedding sustainability, cleaner technologies and environmentally responsible practices into its products, operations and long-term strategy?
With one of the largest fleets of Electric and Hybrid MEWPs, DINGLI is strongly committed to environmental responsibility. We have seen a marked increase in adoption of electric scissors in recent months, and we are continuously strengthening our service ecosystem to support this transition.
Last year, we introduced our Mild-Hybrid power variant, encouraging operators to use bio-diesel for cleaner performance. This variant will also be showcased at EXCON 2025, reflecting our commitment to supporting sustainable job sites.
