Throughout his career, Jalaj has progressed from a management trainee to executive leadership positions, leading sales and marketing functions across major cement companies. His appointment at KJS Cement (I) Limited marks a new chapter as he leverages his extensive expertise in commercial strategy, channel development, and market leadership to strengthen the company’s growth journey.

Dr Manish Kulkarni, Managing Director, Manitou South Asia Private Limited, will lead the company’s strategic growth, business operations, market expansion, sales leadership, and customer engagement initiatives, further strengthening Manitou’s presence in the South Asian construction and material handling equipment market. Prior to joining Manitou South Asia, Dr Manish served as Sales Director at Ammann Group, having also held leadership roles as Head of Sales and Marketing and General Manager – Exports.
Earlier, Dr. Manish led Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales functions at JCB India Ltd. and spent over 17 years with Greaves Cotton Limited as General Manager. With extensive experience across construction equipment, road construction solutions, product management, sales, marketing, exports, and business leadership, he brings a strong track record of driving growth and market development.
