Rajesh Power Services Bags Orders Worth Rs.1116 Crore.

Rajesh Power Services Limited (RPSL), a prominent EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractor specializing in Power Transmission & Distribution, has announced a significant boost to its order book with new contracts valued at a substantial Rs.1,116 Crores. The company has secured these orders from a diverse mix of government and institutional clients.

The newly acquired projects encompass a range of critical power infrastructure development works, primarily concentrated in the state of Gujarat. The specific details of these orders include:

  • A Turnkey Based Contract for the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 11/22KV HT Underground (Cable) / Overhead (MVCC) Network. This project will enhance the power distribution infrastructure at the lower voltage levels.
  • A contract for the Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply, Erection, Testing, and Commissioning of 220/66kV GIS (Gas Insulated Substation) / AIS (Air Insulated Substation) Substations. These high-voltage substations are crucial for efficient power transmission across the region.
  • An order for the Supply, Erection, Testing, and Commissioning of a 132kV/66kV Underground Cable. This will further strengthen the high-voltage transmission network in Gujarat.

Rajesh Power Services Limited anticipates completing these significant projects within a timeframe of 12 to 18 months, demonstrating the company’s commitment to timely execution and its strong position in the power infrastructure sector. These new order wins underscore RPSL’s established track record and its continued contribution to the development of robust power transmission and distribution networks across India.


PNC Infratech Secures Lowest Bid for Rs.240 Crore Project.

Infrastructure development company PNC Infratech Limited has announced that it has been declared the L1 (First Lowest) bidder for a significant infrastructure project in Bharatpur City, Rajasthan. The project entails the “Construction of Flyover from Heeradas Chouraha to Kumher Gate Chouraha in Bharatpur City, Bharatpur on EPC Mode.” The financial bid submitted by PNC Infratech amounted to Rs.239.94 Crore.


RITES Bags Order from Mahanadi Coalfields.

Railway infrastructure consultancy and engineering firm RITES Ltd has been awarded a significant Work Order from Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL). The order, valued at Rs.28.00 Crores excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST), is for the provision of Detailed Engineering and Project Management Consultancy services. The consultancy services will be for the crucial work of establishing “Rail Connectivity for the proposed phase-II SILO at the Lakhanpur Area of MCL”. This project aims to enhance the coal transportation infrastructure at MCL’s Lakhanpur Area.


Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd Emerges as Lowest Bidder for Southern Railway Order.

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a major electrification upgrade project from Southern Railway. The project involves the upgradation of the electric traction system from 1×25 kV to 2×25 kV for the Salem Junction–Podanur Junction and Irugur–Coimbatore Junction–Podanur Junction sections under the Salem division.

The project is aimed at enhancing the traction system to support a 3000 MT loading target. The total cost of the work is Rs.143.38 crore.


PSP Projects Secures New Order Worth Rs.107.10 Crore.

PSP Projects Limited has received a new work order worth Rs.107.10 crore (excluding GST) for civil structure and finishing work at the BIFC-2 building in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

The contract, awarded under the institutional category, has been placed by Brigade (Gujarat) Projects Private Limited. The project is slated for completion within a period of 24 months.


Vascon Engineers Secures Rs.225.46 Crore Project.

Vascon Engineers Limited, a prominent construction and real estate development company, is in receipt of a Letter of Intent valued at Rs.225.46 excluding Goods and Services Tax & Labour Cess from Royal Rides Pvt Ltd. The project entails the “Construction of Two Terminal Buildings along-with Ropeway Tower works at Panaji and Reis Magos, Goa.”

The significant project has been awarded to Vascon Engineers on a ‘Design and Build’ basis, signifying the company’s comprehensive capabilities in handling all aspects from initial design to final construction.

According to the terms of the LoI, Vascon Engineers is mandated to complete the entire scope of work within a stringent timeframe of 36 months from the date of the Letter of Intent.


PSP Projects Limited Secures New Order Worth Rs.107.10 Crores.

PSP Projects Limited has received a new work order worth Rs.107.10 crore (excluding GST) for the “Civil Structure and Finishes Work for BIFC – 2 Building” from Brigade (Gujarat) Projects Private Limited. The project, located at GIFT City in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, falls under the Institutional category.The work is scheduled for completion within 24 months.


Diamond Power Infra Secures Rs.230 Crore Orders for Power Cables.

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited (DPIL), a major Indian manufacturer of power cables and conductors, is in receipt of significant orders totaling Rs.230.26 crores. The company has secured Letters of Intent (LOIs) from two prominent entities: Rajesh Power Services Limited and Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited.

Rajesh Power Services Limited has awarded DPIL a contract worth Rs.1,50,98,65,000/- (approximately Rs.150.99 crores) for their project under Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited. Additionally, Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited has issued an LOI to DPIL for the supply of power cables valued at Rs.79,27,80,051/- (approximately Rs.79.28 crores).

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited boasts the distinction of being one of India’s largest single-location cable and conductor manufacturers, with a consolidated turnover of Rs.343 crore in the fiscal year 2023-24. The company operates a sprawling 110-acre manufacturing plant in Vadodara, equipped with 5 CCV lines and an installed capacity of 2,50,000 MT per annum for conductors. DPIL prides itself on delivering robust, innovative, and energy-efficient products to a diverse clientele both domestically and internationally, having served customers in over 12 countries.


Jost’s Engineering & Kay Cee Energy JV Bags New Order.

Jost’s Engineering Company Limited, in a joint venture with Kay Cee Energy & Infra Limited, have been awarded a Letter of Award (LOA) for a significant infrastructure project. The order entails “Construction work of 35 Nos. 33 KV RDSS Bays along with 8 Nos. with 33 KV Bus Extension” at various Grid Sub Stations (GSS) across three Transmission & Construction (T & C) circles. The project will be executed on a turnkey basis. The total value of the contract stands at Rs.16.99 crore inclusive of GST and all other applicable taxes.


Tembo Global Secures Two Significant Domestic Deals Worth Rs.51.82 Crores.

Tembo Global Industries Ltd, a prominent player in the manufacturing and engineering sector, has bagged two significant domestic contracts valued at a total of Rs.51.82 crore. These orders are for the supply of ductile iron (DI) pipes, which will be utilized in large-scale water irrigation projects across the country, further solidifying the company’s role in India’s infrastructure development.

The first contract is valued at Rs.18.55 while the second order amounts to Rs.33.26 crore. Both contracts have been awarded by a well-regarded domestic organization and are slated for execution within a 12-month timeframe. The orders specifically involve the supply of high-grade DI pipes, essential components for the efficiency and longevity of modern water irrigation systems.


L&T Secures Record Rs.15,000 Crore Order from Qatar Energy LNG.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has won its largest-ever contract, an ultra-mega order worth Rs.15,000 crore from QatarEnergy LNG for the North Field Production Sustainability Offshore Compression Project.

The contract involves engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of two offshore compression complexes. These will include large offshore platforms equipped with compression and power generation facilities, living quarters, flare platforms, interconnected bridges, and other related structures. The project site is located 80 km off the northeast coast of Qatar.


Transrail Lighting Limited Secures Rs.1,085 Crore in New Orders.

Transrail Lighting Limited a leading EPC player in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector with operations spanning Civil, Railways, and Poles & Lighting, has bagged fresh orders worth Rs.1,085 crore in the domestic market.


Capacit’e Infraprojects Ltd Secures Rs.220 Crore LOI from TenX Realty Ltd.

Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has secured a Letter of Intent (LOI) from TenX Realty Limited, a subsidiary of Raymond Limited, for a contract valued at Rs.220 crore (excluding GST). The contract involves civil core and shell works for the The Address by GS – Bandra Project, which includes construction of two basements, 23 floors, and a non-tower area at Nirmal Nagar, located off the Western Express Highway in Bandra East, Mumbai.


L&T Secures Deal to Construct Desalination Plant in Saudi Arabia.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has signed an agreement with ACWA Power, a leading developer in the Middle East, to construct a desalination plant in Saudi Arabia.The water and effluent treatment business of L&T secured the order in partnership with Spain-based Lantania. The project encompasses design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning of a seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant, L&T said in a statement. Once operational, the plant will supply drinking water to the Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Baha regions, benefiting nearly one million people.

This marks L&T’s second desalination project in Saudi Arabia in recent times, reinforcing its growing presence in the Middle East.


Interarch bags over Rs.300 Crore Order for Tyre Plant in Gujarat.

Interarch Buildings Solutions Limited has secured its largest-ever Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) order from a tyre manufacturer in Gujarat, valued at over Rs.300 crore.
