Pradeep Misra, CMD, REPL, has proven track record of industry leadership and entrepreneurial abilities. Over the period of 30 years, he has built up and nurtured many institutions, steered companies to market leadership positions and played crucial roles in large scale infrastructure, real estate, construction and consultancy projects. Pradeep founded REPL way back in 1992, when the new-age infrastructure growth of India was only in nascent stage. He could spot the necessity of integrated & professional consultancy firm in urban development & infrastructure domain. Over the years Pradeep has brought REPL Group to a level, where it is uniquely positioned to take up any project right from the ideation state and carry it through fund raising, planning, designing and execution to finally sales & marketing. Starting from one city, the company has now Pan India presence, and spreading wings globally.
Pradeep holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from IET, which gives him an edge in understanding the technicalities of infrastructure and real estate projects.

Rinkesh Roy, Joint Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, JSW Infrastructure, was previously associated with Government of India since 1992 as an IRTS officer and has an experience of over 30 years in railway operation, shipping, ports and logistics. During this stint, he also held position of Chairman for the major ports like Paradip, Vishakhapatnam, Tuticorin and Kamrajar for various durations, Rinkesh also held position of the Chairman of Dredging Corporation of India. He participated in an UNCTAD course in Dublin, Ireland and was part of several high-level delegations to the UK, Spain, Denmark, South Korea and Russia. Rinkesh was awarded with the Minister of Railway Award for “Outstanding Service” in 2003 and General Manager Award for “Meritorious Service” in 2005. Apart from driving operational and managerial efficiency in port operations, he spearheaded the infrastructure development to enhance the quality of life of the port employees and various communities living around the port.
Rinkesh holds Master’s Degree in Public Management from Kennedy School of Government – Harvard University, USA & Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy – Fellowship, National University of Singapore -2013 and is also a Bachelor of Arts (Economics Honors) – securing First Rank from Utkal University – India in 1990. Rinkesh was appointed as a President of the Company with effect from August 1, 2024. Rinkesh is also on the Board of Navkar Corporation Limited.

Shailendra Kumar Tripathi, Deputy Managing Director, Kalpataru Projects International Limited, has close to four decades of experience in the civil construction, heavy civil infrastructure, industrial plants and Public Private Partnership (PPP). Shilendra has been instrumental in building the organisation & its people, systems and processes, scaling Company’s civil infrastructure business, which includes construction of residential and commercial buildings, industrial plants, airports, metro rail, water supply, roads, highways and other major civil infrastructure projects across India. He has played a dominant role in expansion of civil business in international geographies bagging mandates to design & build airports, residential buildings and highways. With an entrepreneurial mindset, drive, and foresight, he has helped the Company to venture into untapped geographies in Africa & South East Asia to establish Company’s credentials and build long-term relationships with clients.
A graduate in Civil Engineering, Shailendra is also at helm of driving innovation, operational excellence and improving competitiveness in the Company given his technical acumen and interest in latest technological advancements in areas of construction, electrical and mechanical areas. Prior to merger of JMC Projects (India) Limited with the Company, Shailendra has served as Managing Director & CEO of JMC Projects (India) Limited.
