Sanjay Saxena, Chief Operating Officer (Sales, Marketing & Customer Support),
SANY India and South Asia, with a rich professional history deeply rooted in the Construction,
Material Handling, Port, and Mining Equipment industry, has consistently demonstrated
expertise in critical domains such as negotiation, operations management, business
development, marketing strategy, and sales management. Prior to his current role,
Sanjay served as the Director-Heavy Equipment Business, overseeing a diverse range
of product lines and establishing SANY’s footprint in India and South Asia. Preceding this,
he held pivotal roles such as Senior Vice President, Business Head, and Vice President
within the Heavy Equipment division, consistently demonstrating exceptional acumen
and leadership. These positions involved managing crucial product lines like Cranes,
Piling Machinery, Port Equipment, Road Construction Equipment, and more. Before joining SANY, Sanjay honed his skills
and gained extensive industry experience during his tenure at TIL Limited and BEML Ltd.
Sanjay has augmented his vast experience with relevant academic pursuits. He completed a Digital Marketing &
Analytics & AI program at Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. Furthermore, he holds a B. TECH in Mechanical
Engineering with a PGDMM from Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur (UP), and a PGDMM in Marketing
Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).

Amit Malhotra, Founder & CEO, McCoy Mart, with over 30 years of experience across
various sectors, Amit has established himself as a serial entrepreneur. Amit has
successfully transformed multiple ventures in the building sector into multi-million-dollar
enterprises. Amit’s leadership style is characterized by fostering a strong team, delegating
responsibilities, leading by example, and inspiring through storytelling. His commitment
to innovation and belief in India’s growth potential drives him to continually explore new
business avenues. Amit’s entrepreneurial journey extends beyond the success of McCoy
Mart. His leadership has been instrumental in transforming McCoy Mart into a leading
platform for the building and construction industry.
Amit pursued a Bachelor’s in Economics (Honors) from Hansraj College, Delhi University,
graduating in 1995. Amit furthered his education at Harvard Business School, completing the OPM program from 2015
to 2018. Outside of his professional life, Amit enjoys travelling, reading, storytelling, and playing competitive sports.
These hobbies provide him with relaxation, new perspectives, and a way to stay active.

industry, Silvio has held key leadership roles, including Managing Director of Codema and
interim President and CEO of Scania Brazil. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated
