Ashok Mohanani, President, NAREDCO Maharashtra, a stalwart in the today’s Real estate
fraternity started from a humble beginning as a real estate consutant.
Being the Chairman at Ekta World, one of Mumbai’s leading real estate firm, Ashok has
significantly contributed to the restructuring and has pioneered unique concepts in the real
estate fraternity. He has been instrumental in the growth of the organization and has gone
beyond the conventional and given structures that personify finesse. Ashok has been the
driving force behind the metamorphosis the organization has had in the last 3 decades.
Ashok is versatility personified, he’s a sportsman. He has played Pickleball in the international
Arena and is currently the chairman of AIPA- All India Pickleball Association, an avid singer, a
philanthropist. He continues to be an active member of Lions’ Club International and has been a part of the organization for the
last 2 decades; Apart from this, he is the trustee and founder member of Sharddha Rehabilitation Centre that works towards the
upliftment of road side destitute, schizophrenics etc. After having completed high schooling from “St. Xavier’s Boys Academy”,
he acquired his Law Degree post his graduation in Bachelor’s in Commerce.

Under his command, the company has been successful in achieving a turnover of `1,400
crores in 5 years, based on year-on-year growth of 27%.

Rehan Huck, VP Retail, The ILC Group, Co-founder & COO, Propel, Co-founder, Arklan, is
an inspiring stalwart of entrepreneurship in the realm of Real Estate and its diversified service
delivery portfolios. His journey from a small town Gomia, to ruling commercial service
domains of real estate developments across urban India exemplifies his fortitude, hard work,
perseverance and commitment to excel. He is an IIM Ahmedabad Alumni, a commerce
graduate from Symbiosis College, Pune and has completed schooling from Bishop Cotton
Boys’ School, Bangalore. After 16 years of corporate prowess in DLF, JLL, Hindustan Unilever
to name a few, he has rightfully manifested his entrepreneurial venture as the Co-Founder &
COO of ILC Development Management firm (ILC) called PROPEL which is advising green field
retail projects and providing end to end solutions to developers. Propel Real Estate Consulting firm delivers imperative strategies
and supervision of plans, designs, construction & management of organized retail development projects.
He also co-founded Arklan which focuses towards turning around the fate of malls. Within a short span of few months, Arklan has
secured mandates of six projects across North India.

VIBRANT LEADER

Abhishek Trehan, Executive Director, Trehan Group , has been a stalwart at the Trehan Builders
for the last 15 years. Although Abhishek has always been captivated by conceptualizing
and envisioning, he also looks after the planning, architecture, business development, land
acquisition and other specialized execution aspects in the Trehan Group. Currently designated
as the Executive Director of the organisation, he prides in his brand to be known as trustworthy,
creating sustainable and occupiable projects that end-users would enjoy.
He completed his schooling from Air Force Bal Bharati before graduating at Thapar University.
Abhishek later went to Paris to pursue MBA. Abhishek went on to join his family business officially
in 2005. Abhishek likes to keep himself fit while sweating hard at the gym. He comes with a
deep-rooted love for travelling that he developed during his college days and often goes trekking or to places that are close to
nature. His passion for bikes or going on road trips is also not hidden from anyone.
