Ashok Singh Jaunapuria, Managing Director and CEO, SS Group India, started his career
in 2004, Ashok has been an inspiration for almost two decades to millions of people who
have watched him practice as he preached. Ashok is a real estate developer based in
Delhi, India. With his sheer dedication and honesty, he has been ceaselessly contributing

Group to new heights. His constant innovation has gotten him recognition from across the nation. Working as a part of SS
Group, Ashok has delivered some notable projects in Gurugram, including The Hibiscus, SS Plaza, Southend, Aaron Ville,
The Lilac, etc. Moreover, he was awarded by CNBC for the Hibiscus project against DLF Magnolias.

Zafeer Ahmed, Managing Director, XRE Consultants, is a seasoned Real Estate Professional
with 15 + years of experience in the domain. Expert in Industrial and Warehouse Services,
Investment Advisory Transaction Management and Land Transactions. A full time MBA in
Sales and Marketing with a mindset of achieving the targets every time.
After working for a few big consulting companies now, Zafeer is building XRE to achieve the
new heights in Real Estate Consulting and Advisory Services. His aim is to grow the brand’s
multifold PAN India presence. Customer Satisfaction is the foremost priority to his business.
At XRE their mission is to partner with clients to realise their specific need and true potential
to contribute towards achieving their real estate goals.

ALL ROUNDER

Ram Walase, Chief Executive Officer, Transindia Real Estate Limited, has an extensive
experience of 24 years in infrastructure, real estate, project finance and consulting. Ram
brings forth a leadership experience of 14 years at VBHC Value Homes Ltd, IL&FS, CRISIL
Advisory and A F Ferguson. Over the years, he has been involved in conceptualising and
delivering large scale projects such as greenfield cities, townships, sports infrastructure,
commercial real estate, affordable housing and premium housing projects. In his
consulting and financing roles, Ram has been involved in conceptualising, privatising
and financing projects in sectors such as seaports, airports, container terminals, bulk
terminals and SEZs. Ram is armed with a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering,
from Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad, and Postgraduate studies at IIM
Mumbai specializing in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on Logistics and Operations.
As the CEO of Transindia Real Estate, Ram will manage P&L responsibility, spearhead business growth and financial
strategies for the Group’s real estate arm and will collaborate with Jatin Chokshi, Managing Director, Transindia Real
Estate to identify land banks, execute logistics & infrastructure projects, explore PPP opportunities and participate in the
government’s asset monetization plans.

MASTER STRATEGIST

Enakshi Priyam,Chief Operating Officer, Assotech Group, brings a wealth of experience and
expertise in finance and operational leadership to her new role. Armed with a Bachelor’s
degree in Finance from Durham University, UK, Enakshi has been an integral part of Assotech
for the past 7 years. Her tenure has been marked by transformative contributions, including
the establishment and enhancement of Assotech’s legal department, and successful
leadership of the NCR division over the last 4 years.
Enakshi’s leadership is poised to enhance Assotech’s reputation as a forward-thinking
organization dedicated to sustainable growth and customer-centric innovation.
