Aditya Virwani, COO, Embassy Group  a dynamic young professional,  is one of the heirs of Embassy Group, one of India's largest and among the finest property developers. Aditya is keenly involved with the strategy and operations of the Embassy Group and its diversified businesses, along with his father, Jitu Virwani, Chairman and Managing Director of Embassy Property Developments Limited. Aditya has been exposed to the world of Real estate and Property development from a very early age of 15 years. Prior to joining Embassy, Aditya interned with an NGO Episcopal and a start-up called Brevitas, an off market commercial real estate platform in San Francisco. He studied Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts, Boston and University of San Francisco (USF).








Chetan Gole, CEO, Action Construction Equipment has a long 11 years of experience, in top management, in setting up and establishing Forklift Truck business division of ACE. “ACE” is the largest crane manufacturing company of India having wide product portfolio of Cranes, Road Equipments, Agri Equipment and Material Handling Equipment. Gole started his career as a Project Marketing Engineer with Elecon Engineering which is known as “The bulk material handling equipment giant”. He then moved to Godrej and had long stint of 13 years in MHE division at various locations and progressed through corporate hierarchy. He is an alumnus of Premier Engineering college, BVM (V.V. Nagar) Gujarat.









Sharad Rastogi, Country Manager, SSAB India is a diligent professional with an industry experience of more than three decades in the Steel industry. Currently heading the sales of SSAB India, Sharad has vast and enriching expertise in core functioning and management of the sector. Being associated with leading steel manufacturers across India, Sharad has served as a General Manager (Marketing) for JSW Steel; General Manager- Sales, South Asia for Tata BlueScope and Industry Manager for Tata Steel. He began his career with Ispat Group in 1988 and has held several senior management positions as well as Projects, Sales and Marketing roles across various locations, products and market segment with ease. He holds a degree in Engineering from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra. He is a cricket enthusiast and a lover of Indian classical music.
