Dilip Buildcon bags order for Rs.1,400 crore

Dilip Buildcon Limited has been declared as L1 bidder for ‘Gandhisagar-2 Multi-Village Water Supply Scheme’ in the state of Madhya Pradesh, order worth Rs.1400.04 crore. Details of the project is Engineering. Procurement, Construction, Testing, Commissioning, Trial Run and Operation & Mainlenance of Various Components of Gandhisagar-2 Multi-Village Scheme, Districts Mandsaur and Neemuch in Single Package on ‘Turn-Key Job Basis’ including Trial Run and Operation & Maintenance of the Entire Water Supply Scheme for 10 Years in thc state of Madhya Pradesh. The completion period for the project is 28 Months.

Deep Industries on bagging order worth Rs.150.24 crore from ONGC

Deep Industries Limited  has received a Letter of Awards (LoA) from ONGC Limited for charter hiring of 02 Nos, of 1000 HP Mobile Drilling Rigs for Ahmedabad Asset for a period of 3 years. The company estimates the value of such Awards at approximately Rs.150.24 crore.

Oriental Rail Infra’s arm secures new order worth Rs.17.84 crore

Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of Oriental Foundry Private Limited has  secured an order worth Rs.17.84 crore from ‘Braithwaite & Co. Limited (A Govt. India undertaking), Ministry of Railway’ for manufacturing and supplying ‘Bogie’.

KSB bags orders of around Rs.500 crore from NPCIL

KSB Limited has received orders of around Rs.500 crore from Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (“NPCIL”) for supply of Primary Coolant Pumps and Electric Motor along with spares and accessories for their Kaiga 5 & 6 Project. The sales/ supply of products/ services for these orders will be in a phased manner FY 2026 onwards.

L&T Construction awarded contracts for its Buildings & Factories Business

The Buildings & Factories (B&F) Business of L&T Construction has secured contracts from various important clients.

B&F has secured orders from renowned Data Center Service providers to construct Data Centers of a total capacity of 10.8 MW at Mumbai and Navi Mumbai within stringent timelines. The scope involves Design, Build, Supply, Installation, T&C works for the Data Center and allied buildings including fit outs. The scope also includes systems such as the HVAC, elevators, Electrical, Fire Fighting Systems, Public Health Engineering, Networking & Security Systems, Building Management System. Site Development, Road, Boundary wall, Landscaping, etc. will be carried out too. This order marks an important milestone in L&T’s venture to spearhead the design and build of Data Centers in India.

B&F has also secured a repeat order from a prestigious client to construct commercial office space of an approximate built-up area of 1 million Sq. ft at Hyderabad.

Further, the Business has secured an order for the Engineering, Procurement & Construction of the ‘Statue of Oneness’ – The Statue of Adi Shankaracharya at Omkareshwar in District Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh from the Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. The Statue will be bronze cladded and will be placed on a lotus petal base made of stone, which will be placed over a RCC pedestal. The sole height of statue from base i.e., from the paduka till the apex will be 108 feet. The project is scheduled to be completed in 15 months.

KEC International Ltd, a global infrastructure EPC major, an RPG Group Company, has secured new orders of Rs.1,092 crore across its various businesses:

Transmission & Distribution (T&D): The business has secured orders for T&D projects in India, Middle East and Americas.

Railways: The business has secured an order for 2 x 25 kV Overhead Electrification (OHE) & associated works for speed upgradation (Mission ‘Raftaar’) in India.

Civil: The business has secured orders in the Residential, Industrial and Defence segments in India.

Cables: The business has secured orders for various types of cables in India and overseas.

Larsen & Toubro bags ‘Large’ order for its Hydrocarbon Business

A prestigious overseas client has awarded three offshore packages to Larsen & Toubro Energy’s Hydrocarbon division. Engineering, procurement, construction, and installation of various new offshore jacket structures are part of the scope of work. L&T Energy Hydrocarbon (LTEH) has previously executed orders for this client, and repeat business demonstrates L&T’s “Execution Par Excellence” philosophy.

LTEH is currently executing several domestic and international offshore projects and is committed to increasing its regional presence in the geographies in which it operates by developing local skills and talent, improving procurement from local vendors, and engaging commercially with local contractors on the basis of a sustainable workload.

The order is from Office of the ECOR-CONST-HQ-ENGG, Bhubaneswar. The contract is for execution of Viaducts, Major Bridges, ROBs, supply of Vehicle, site facilities & other allied works in between Buguda - Baniguchha section and Execution of ROB no. 229 (1X18.0 composite girder) in between Nuagaon - Daspalla section of East Coast Railway for Khurda Road - Bolangir New B. G. Link Project.

Dilip Buildcon emerges as L1 bidder for Surat Metro Rail Project worth Rs.1,061 crore

Dilip Builcon Limited  through its JV, RBL-DBL has been declared as L-1 bidder for the tender floated by the Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Limited.

The scope of work includes the construction of a 10.559 Km Elevated Viaduct and 11 Nos, Stations (Excl. E&M, Architectural Finishing, and Roofing) from Bheshan dead-end (Ch. -949.63m) to Majura Gate Station (Ch. 9090m) including Viaduct Ramp to Depot Entry Near Bheshan for Surat Metro Rail Project Phase - I, Corridor-2 (Package l). The project received is worth Rs.1,061 crore, and is to be completed within a period of 26 months.

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) secures new project worth Rs.504 crore

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited has secured new projects worth Rs.504 crore.

The following are the  new orders:

  • Construction of National Police Academy, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu - EPC Basis, Janakpur, Nepal (Under JV) aggregating to Rs.442 Crores (Approx.) in Nepal. The total Work Order for this project of Rs.630.95 crore, (NRS 1001.50 CR) @ NRS 0.63 Paisa and the Company’s share is 70% amo unting to Rs.442 crore (Approx.).
  • Re-Construction of Assam Bhawan Chanakyapuri, Delhi for Rs.62.00 crore (approx.).

The total new order inflow for these projects stands at Rs.504 crores, said company in a regulatory filing.

WABAG secures a repeat order worth about Rs.430 Crores from Reliance Industries for a 53 MLD Desalination Plant at Jamnagar

VA TECH WABAG (Rs.WABAG’), a leading pure-play water technology Indian Multinational Group, secured an order towards Engineering, Procurement and Construction (‘EPC’) of a 53 MLD Desalination Plant at Jamnagar, Gujarat worth about Rs.430 Crores from Reliance Industries Limited (Rs.RIL’).

The EPC scope of work under this RIL order includes Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, EreCtion, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Performance Guarantee Test Run of the Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (‘SWRO’) plant, slated to be built in the premises of RIL’s world-class refinery at Jamnagar, Gujarat. It is worth noting that WABAG has already executed a 24 MLD SWRO plant in the same premises.

This plant which is scheduled to be completed over a 21-month period, will employ state of the art pre-treatment in the form of Lamella clarification, Filtration & Ultrafiltration followed by Reverse Osmosis technologies to convert ‘seawater into process water.

Railways: Integral Coach Factory , TI India, Wabtec, Oriental, Metlord and IGR

Tubes: ALF Engineering, Thermax, IFB Automotive, Hindalco, Kirloskar Toyota, Patton International, Interoll India, RSB Transmissions, Forbes Vyncke Pvt Ltd, GI Auto, Mahindra Defence Systems, Scott Industries and COETZ Technologies, RSB Transmissions and Toyota Boshoku Automotive.

Steel: Saint Gobain, Thermax, L &T MTHL, Tata Walkway, VECV, IFB Industries, L G Balakrishnan, Bimetal Bearings, Johnson Lifts, Schaeffler India Limited and Tube Invesments.

The above orders have been received during the months of April, May and June 2022 and are expected to be executed within the next two quarters.

J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has received Letter of Acceptance, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (Mumbai Sewage Disposal Project) for the work as under:

Design, Build and Commissioning of Priority Sewer Tunnel - Phase I from Don Bosco to New Malad IPS with Segment lining method in the name of J. Kumar Infraprojects Limited - Michigan Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (Joint Venture).
