Vandana Krishnia, Head Marketing – Paints, AkzoNobel India, will spearhead the strategizing and execution of a long-term marketing roadmap aligned with the company’s profitable growth ambitions for India. Her key priorities will be to bolsters the relationship between consumers and Dulux by strengthening the brand and shaping consumer-centric innovations.

Vandana joins AkzoNobel after most recently served as Chief Marketing & Passenger Experience officer at DIAL, GMR group. In her professional journey spanning 18 years, Vandana has driven marketing management, consumer products, pricing strategy, consumer research for organizations including Hindustan Times Media Ltd. and State Bank of India (SBI) among others.








Dhirup Choudhary, CEO & Managing Director at HIL Limited (CK Birla Group) has over Twenty-five years of hands-on business management (as CEO/Profit Centre Head) in multi-product/system companies across different continents and with several business diversities. Proven experience in turning around loss making companies, delivering profitable growth from existing companies, setting up Greenfield projects and M&A.

Dhirup is highly skilled in strategic management and financial analyses, with strong people management and communication skills. Dhirup is particularly committed to moral values and always aligned to business ethics.







Hiroaki Kobayashi, Chairperson & Managing Director, Toshiba Water Solutions Private Limited, will lead Toshiba Water to the path of next level of growth across company’s water & wastewater businesses in India and overseas. A commerce graduate from Doshisha University in Japan, Kobayashi brings a rich and extensive experience of over two decades in business development and strategic planning in wastewater management industry. He specialises in managing EPC contracts for large water and wastewater plants in India as well as abroad.

Across his over two decades of experience, Kobayashi has held various leadership roles in international operations, business development, sales, and other commercial functions in the water & wastewater management business across Asia. He spent seven years in Japan and two years in China as in-charge of their domestic municipal water & wastewater market. Also spent 3 years to develop new market in Southeast Asia including Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and so on.

His first association with India’s wastewater industry dates back to 2010, where he was overseeing business development for Toshiba’s wastewater management business in India. In addition to developing Toshiba Water international business strategy, Kobayashi was instrumental in securing the JICA funded projects like the Chandrawal Waste Treatment Plant (WTP) in Delhi, the TK Hali WTP in Karnataka.






Dilip Vaidya, President & Director of Technology, Balkrishna Industries Ltd, is the head of all innovation and research processes at BKT. His main activities consist in the development of new products, technologies and processes and in ensuring continuity and conformity in the quality of tires. Dilip also works for the constant improvement of BKT products and to offer technical services to end users. Dilip joined the tire industry in 1976 and in 1993 he started his career in BKT as Dy. G.M. Technical, responsible for all quality and technical control activities. He started working on the development of specific products such as tires for mobile cranes, forklifts, skid-steers and industrial tires. Since 1996 he has dedicated himself to the design of agricultural tires for the European market. In 2004 he designed the well-know and BKT’s bestseller AGRIMAX radial tire and in 2009 the first OTR All Steel tire.


Dilip graduated in science at Bombay University in the year 1972 and pursued then at the University Department of Chemical Technology his B. Tech in Polymer Technology, which he completed in the year 1975.
