Dilip Buildcon emerges L-l bidder for  Rs.1647 crore HAM project in Telangana

 

Dilip Buildcon Limited has been declared as L-l bidder for a new HAM project under Karimnagar Warangal section in the state of Telangana. The order is worth Rs.1647 crore.

The project is the 4-Laning of Karimnagar Warangal Section of NH-563 from Design Ch.48.860 km (near SH1 Ch. 170.400 km) at Manakondur bypass to Design Ch.116.875 km (existing Ch.144.050 km of NH-163) at Palvelpula near Hanamkooda- (Design Length 68.015 km) in Telangana on HAM under Bharatmala Padyojana.

Thermax bags Rs.1176 crore order their Sulphur Recovery Block on LSTK basis

 

Thermax Limited  has won an order of Rs.1,176 crore from an Indian public sector refinery to set up their Sulphur Recovery Block on LSTK basis.

The Sulphur Recovery Block includes 2 x 240 TPD Sulphur Recovery Unit (SRU) along with Tail Gas Treatment Unit (TGTU), 690 TPH Amine Regeneration Unit (ARU), 200 TPH Sour Water Stripper – phenolic and 95 TPH Sour Water Stripper non-phenolic.

Reducing the sulphur content in fuels produced by the refinery is important for emission control. The sulphur recovery unit converts the hydrogen sulphide gas generated during the process to elemental sulphur, thus decreasing the amount of sulphur compounds released into the atmosphere.

The Sulphur Recovery Block will be a part of the customer’s ongoing refinery expansion project. This landmark project is being pursued as a part of the Government of India’s North East Hydrocarbon Vision 2030. The project will significantly contribute to the country’s growth as well as the economic development of the entire North-Eastern region.

The scope of supply includes project management, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning of the Sulphur Recovery Block. The project is slated to be completed in 28 months.

L&T Construction Awarded (Significant) contracts for its Transportation Infrastructure Business

 

The Transportation Infrastructure Business of Larsen & Toubro has secured various orders from prestigious clients. The Business has secured an order from the Tamil Nadu Road Infrastructure Development Corporation to construct the Chennai Peripheral Ring Road EPC-02 Package of Section-II in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode. The scope of work broadly includes constructing a six-lane greenfield highway of 12.80 kms with flexible pavement, two lane service roads and paved shoulders on both sides of the carriageway, at-grade Intersections, major/minor bridges, vehicular/light vehicular/ small vehicular underpasses, and culverts followed by maintenance for 7 years.

The Railways business unit along with the Substation business unit of the Power Transmission & Distribution Business has won an order from the Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRCL) Ltd.

This Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) order involves Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning 750 Volt DC Third Rail Traction System, Receiving Substations including High Voltage Cabling from Grid Substations, 33kV Cable Network, ASS, TSS & SCADA System for Corridors 1 & 2 of the Agra Metro Rail Project at Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. The 36-month project will be funded by the European Investment Bank (EIB).

L&T is India’s leading player in the railway electrification domain possessing expertise across all types of traction systems i.e., 25kV AC flexible & rigid catenary systems, 2x25kV AC Overhead Catenary Systems, DC overhead normal and feeder-messenger type catenary systems, monorail traction systems and now DC third rail traction systems. L&T is already executing the track works for the Agra Metro.

UPMRCL is one of the implementing agencies responsible for carrying out the Metro system works for the major cities of Uttar Pradesh such as Kanpur, Agra, etc.

Adani Road Transport bags order worth Rs.2008 crore from NHAI

 

Adani Road Transport, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited has recently participated in the tender under Build-Operate-Transfer (“BOT”) Toll mode invited by NHAI and has received a Letter of Award (LOA) for below mentioned Road Project in the State of Maharashtra. The order received is of six laning of Kagal-Satara section of NH-48 (old NH-4) [Package - II from km 658.000 to km 725.000] in the State of Maharashtra to be executed on BOT Toll mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana.

With this project award, Adani’s Road Portfolio will have a total of 14 projects with more than 5,000 lane km and asset value exceeding 41,000 Crore spread over 10 states in India i.e., Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh. Kerala, Gujarat, West Bengal, Odisha. Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra. The portfolio will have a mix of HAM (Hybrid Annuity Mode), TOT (Toll - Operate - Transfer) and BOT (Build -Operate -Transfer) type assets.

Om Infra bags two major contracts worth Rs.979 crore from Rajasthan Govt 

 

Om Infra Limited, a prominent EPC Company involved in infrastructure projects related to water, irrigation and hydroelectric power projects executing turnkey solutions from design engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning including Operation & Maintenance, have received following Letter of Awards:

  • For “work of Nokha Water Supply Project to provide Functional Household Tap Connection (FHTC) including 10 years O & M under Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) in District Bikaner” for an estimated contact value of Rs.609 crore. (Om Infra Share in joint venture is 50%)
  • For “work of Water Supply Project including reorganisation and improvement of various existing WSS of Khajuwala Constituency of Bikaner District including 10 years O & M” for an estimated contract value of Rs.370 crore. (Om Infra Share in joint venture is 59%)

PNC Infratech Bags a new Hybrid Annuity Highway Project of value Rs.1575 Crore

 

PNC Infratech Limited has been declared as the L1 (lowest) bidder for a NHAI Project of “Construction of 6 Lane with Access Controlled Greenfield Highway from km 26.000 to km 97.000, MH/KN Border (Badadal) to Maradgi S Andola section of NH - 150C (Package-II of Akkalkot to KN/TS Border section) on Hybrid Annuity Mode”, for a Bid Project Cost of Rs.1575.0 Crore. The price bids were opened on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, with PNC’s bid being the lowest (L1). The Project is to be constructed in 30 months and operated for 15 years post construction.

BCPL Railway Infra Limited has bagged an order worth Rs.18,43 crore from Tata Steel Limited for Installation of Over Head Electric Equipment Post Tippling Yard at TSM Angul Plant under Khurda Road Division of East Coast Railway.

BCPL Railway Infrastructure is a company engaged in the field of railway infrastructure development. Its business activities include designing, drawing, supplying, erecting, and commissioning 25KV, 50 Hz Single Phase Traction Overhead Equipment.

KEC International has secured new orders worth Rs.1,005 crore across its various businesses. The company’s Transmission & Distribution business has secured orders for the supply of towers and poles in America. While Railways business has secured an order for Overhead Electrification (OHE) and associated works, a composite project order including track laying, OHE and associated civil works, and, and an order for 2 x 25 kV Overhead Electrification (OHE) & associated works for speed up-gradation (Mission ‘Raftaar’). KEC’s civil business has secured an order for the construction of a depot cum workshop in the urban infra segment in India.

Jyoti Structures Limited receives orders worth Rs.382 Crores

 

Jyoti Structures Limited has secured a contract from Adani Transmission Limited for turnkey design, supply and construction of 765 KV Double Circuit transmission line from Khavda to Bhuj in Gujarat.

The contract is valued at Rs.382 crores including GST is to be executed in about 17 months by August 31, 2023.

Hindustan Construction bags orders worth Rs.609 crore

 

Hindustan Construction Company Limited  has won orders worth Rs.609 crore by the Public Health Engineering Department, Govt of Rajasthan, for the construction of the Nokha Water Supply Project to provide Functional Household Tap Connection (FHTC) in Bikaner District.

Hindustan Construction has won this order in consortium with Om Infra Ltd, with a 50% share in the Joint Venture.

The scope of work involves constructing a network of water distribution lines of over 1000 km, including main trunks, cluster distribution, and village distribution lines, elevated storage reservoirs, clear water reservoirs, and booster pumping stations at several locations.
