Altis-Holding Corporation (DBL AHC JV) has received letter of acceptance (LOA) for a new EPC Project: Construction of Eight Lane access controlled Expressway starting near Junction with NH-12 near village Ummedpura to Major bridge over Takli river near Nayagaon Jageer village (Ch. 419.000-427.300) section of Delhi - Vadodara Green field Alignment (NH-148N) in the State of Rajasthan on EPC Mode (Pkg-15)

The bid project cost is Rs.1000.08 crore and completion period is 30 months.

Gayatri Projects Ltd has been declared as L-1 bidder for the project - Development of six lane access controlled Highway in Uttar Pradesh portion of Delhi Saharanpur Highway from Delhi/UP Border to EPE Junction (Ch. 14.750 to Ch. 31.200) in Uttar Pradesh on EPC mode under Economic Corridor in phase1 of Bharatmala Pariyojana (P2)”.

Adani Enterprises wins Rs.1,838-cr highway project from NHAI in Kerala

Adani Enterprises won a Rs.1,838-crore highway project from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in Kerala.The project, under hybrid annuity mode (HAM), is a part of Bharatmala Pariyojna.

The 40.80-km project pertains to six-laning of Azhiyur to Vengalam section of NH-17 (New NH-66) in Kerala.

KEC International Ltd., a global infrastructure EPC major, an RPG Group Company bagged new orders of Rs.1,024 crore across its various businesses:

Transmission & Distribution: The business has secured orders for T&D projects in India, Middle East, Africa and the Americas.

Railways: The business has secured an order for a Doubling project including Track linking, Signaling & Telecommunication (S&T) and Overhead Electrification (OHE) works in India.

Civil: The business has secured an order for infra works in the cement segment in India.

Solar: The business has secured an order for a 13.60 MWp rooftop solar project in India.

Cables: The business has secured orders for various types of cables / cabling projects in India and overseas.

L&T Construction Awarded Contracts for its various businesses

The construction arm of L&T has secured orders from prestigious clients for various businesses.

Metallurgical & Material Handling Business:

Metallurgical and Material Handling (MMH) business has received orders to construct a metallurgical plant in the domestic market, add on orders from an overseas package and product supply orders from various customers. Traction in metal prices gives a good outlook for the business in the near and medium term.

Power Transmission & Distribution Business:

L&T’s Power Transmission & Distribution Business has won an Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) Contract to constructa 500kV Transmission Line in Malaysia that comes at the heels of the successful completion of a similar 500kV project in West Malaysia. The proposed overhead line will facilitate power evacuation from an upcoming Combined Cycle Power Generating facility in the region.

L&T Hydrocarbon wins ‘mega’ order from HPCL of Rs.7,000cr.

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited (LTHE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, has been awarded a mega project by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). The company won mega order of Rs.7,000cr.

The engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contract is for setting up a Residue Upgradation Facility (RUF), EPCC-03 Package for Visakh Refinery Modernisation Project (VRMP) at HPCL’s Vizag Refinery.

The RUF plant is licensed by Chevron Lummus Global (CLG) with a capacity of 3.55 MMTPA. This plant will enable HPCL to convert the heaviest oils into high-quality Euro 6 diesel while simultaneously eliminating fuel oil production, as well as increasing feedstock and product flexibility.

The unit is being implemented for the first time in India.

The contract is awarded through international competitive bidding on Lump Sum Turn Key (LSTK) basis and is part of HPCL’s ongoing Visakh Refinery Modernisation Project wherein LTHE is already executing two packages, namely Crude Distillation Unit / Vacuum Distillation Unit and Full Conversion Hydrocracker Unit.

RPP Infra Projects receives new work orders worth Rs.231.77 Crores.

RPP Infra Projects Limited bagged a new order worth Rs.231.77Crores from Highways Department for “Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Projects”. The Company has to execute these orders within a period of 24 months.

The above work order has been awarded to the joint venture, RPP-RK (JV), where the Company holds 60% of the shares and joint venture partner R.K. Infra Corp. Pvt Ltd., holds 40% of the shares.

As decided by the joint venture, this work order will be executed by RPP Infra Projects Limited subject to completion of formalities.

BCPL Railway Infra receives major order worth Rs.51.6 cr from Rail Vikas Nigam Limited

This is the major order received by the Company for Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 25KV, 50HZ single phase traction Overhead Equipment (OHE) and switching stations between sections Fakiragram - new Bongaigaon (excluding) in Alipurduar division (35RKM/90TKM) in the state of Assam. The total size of the order amounts to ~ Rs.516.04 Mn which is expected to be completed within a period of 6 months from the date of commencement.

The Water & Effluent treatment business of L&T Construction has secured an EPC order involving Design, Engineering, Supply & Installation of plant and equipment.

The contract is for laying 135km of slurry pipeline and pipeline systems between Bacheli and Nagarnar and associated facilities in the state of Chhattisgarh.

Larsen & Toubro bags contract to construct India’s longest river bridge

L&T Construction, the construction arm of L&T, has secured a Large contract to construct India’s longest road bridge across river Brahmaputra connecting Dhubri in Assam to Phulbari in Meghalaya. The 19 km long bridge will be built along National Highway 127-B and will feature a Navigation Bridge of 12.625 km, approach viaducts of 3.5 km on the Dhubri side and 2.2 km on the Phulbari side, connected with approach roads and interchanges on both sides.The bridge will have huge strategic relevance by improving the connectivity of the North Eastern States with the rest of the country and establish a vital link between Assam and Meghalaya by reducing the distance between the two States by 250 km. Currently the travel between Dhubri and Phulbari is by ferry that takes up to 2.5 hrs.

The order has been awarded in favour of the Company by Office of Chief Engineer (Zone-V(I)) Director General (RD & Special Secretary, Government of India, Ministry of Roads Transport & Highways

BHEL secures Rs.450 cr order for steam and power plant from NALCO

BHEL  bagged an order worth Rs.450 crore for a steam and power plant from National Aluminium Corporation Limited (NALCO). The Rs.450 crore order has been placed on BHEL by NALCO for its 5th Stream Alumina Refinery Expansion Project at Damanjodi, Odisha, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL). BHEL’s scope in the contract includes design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 1x300 TPH Coal Fired Boiler, 18.5 MW Steam Turbine Generator and associated auxiliaries, including Flue-gas desulfurization (FGD) and selective catalytic reduction (SCR).

Sadbhav Engineering Ltd. (SEL) has received Letter of Acceptance (“LOA”) from Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Limited for the following for Metro Rail Project for a contract value of Rs.779.73 Crores.

The project is for “Construction of 11.6 K.M. Elevated Viaduct from Kadarsha Ni Nal to Dream City Dead End Including Ramp for Depot entry near Dream City and 10 Stations (Excl. E&M, Architectural Finishing and Roofing) for Surat Metro Rail Project Phase-1, Package-CS1” in the name of SEL-SPSCPL Joint Venture. The Construction period of Metro Rail Project will be 30 months from date of issue of Letter of Acceptance.

Praj Industries Ltd. has received an Order for Rs.226.90 crores from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), New Delhi, for execution of Zero Liquid Discharge System - Water Treatment Package and Waste Water Treatment Package of Acrylic/Oxo-Alcohol Project at IOCL Dumad, Gujarat.
