Give us an overview of the Shotcreting industry in India, latest trends and market dynamics


Shotcrete is gaining popularity in Rail and Road Projects mainly due to the NATM construction system being adapted for MOS of the upcoming and ongoing projects also in certain areas its popular to use SFS for a substitute to concrete lining to reduce construction costs.


Its now getting very popular to use Robotic machine with local onboard screw compressor to do large diameter tunnels especially for road projects



Tell us about the range of shotcreting equipment offered by you, in terms of types, capacities and applications


We are very focused on CSS-3 EVO Step-3A as the appropriate machine for diameters up to 16mts  with its 4 piece boom with spraying brush arrangement.


It’s a 30cbm/hr with a reach of 16mts and rotation on both axis and also horizontal  traverse on the body for better reach.

Are you launching any new products or any new variants in the near future.


We have new products like Dingo the all Diesel version mainly for open cast Tunnels and the very new Rhino with manupualtor for very small diameters i.e. less than 2mts

We are very focused with site service and spares stocking at all operative locations which makes are significantly different for others as we are focused on only one product .



Which sectors are major demand drivers for your products. Tell us about some major projects where your products have been used.


As of today its mainly the Railways Tunnels and we fore see demands in the road tunnels sector coming up also in the future.

It’s a sector still not developed as this is a critical production equipment and not a standard product so as of now we do not see a big growth in this area.
