Tell us about the range of Crushing and Screening equipment offered by your company, in terms of types and capacities.

Voltas Ltd have been the Authorised Channel Partners of Terex Powerscreen in India for last sixteen years. We are representing track mobile crushing & screening plants which are useful in various applications viz, roads, infra, iron ore, limestone, bauxite, coal, etc. We take care of sales, service, and spares for these products. Track crushers and screens range from 200 tph, 300 tph, and 400 tph.

Terex Powerscreen has been an International brand and hails from N Ireland, UK, it produces a world class range of products catering to all corner of globe. Manufacturing centers are located in UK, USA, and in India. Plants produced incorporate high standards of hydraulics, electrical, and mechanisms, and require minimum maintenance costs. Machines are environmental friendly in terms of noise levels and dusty conditions. Our unique technical specs have a competitive advantage.

 

 

 

Give us an understanding of their key features in terms of ease of operating, cost efficiency, etc, their specific advantages.

Powerscreen machines are user friendly and cost economical. Same plants can be used in all applications: Aggregates, Iron Ore, Limestone, Bauxite etc,. Capable of working in highest (55°) and lowest (10°) temperatures. With certain modifications plants would also work  from 2 deg to 65 deg .  Can be shifted within few hours from one location to another. Require no civil foundation while commissioning. In built CAT Engine do not require any externals source of power. Lower fuel consumption and good wear life have made these equipments cost effective. Ensure high ROI to contractors of hiring segment.

 

 

 

Aftermarket services as a strategic differentiator.

Service and spares support has been the strength of Voltas. Six out of ten existing customers are repeat buyers. We have trained and technically qualified service crew to cater to 1200 + plants across India.

 

 

 

Do you offer equipment finance or do you have tie-ups with finance companies for the same.

We do not offer Equipment finance but have MoU with leading financiers. And will support financers on case to case basis.

 

 

 

Tell us of the new products you intend to introduce and the geographical markets where you are planning to market push them.

We are trying to introduce higher capacity (300 tph) for Aggregate market. We have sold three sets so far. Studying market feedback.

 

 

 

Future outlook for the Crushing & Screening Equipment industry, and from a company perspective.

Huge investments are pulling into road and infra projects. We may expect sizable volume of business. Road and Infra, iron ore and bauxite, will bring noticeable growth to our range of products.
