G V Rao is the Vice President, Product Strategy, Brand & Marketing Hub India, Asia Oceania Sales for Volvo Group Trucks in India. He has over 25 years of experience in the Commercial Vehicle Industry and for last 18 years has been associated with the Volvo Group in India handling various positions as Head of Product Management and Marketing. As Senior VP - Strategic Planning in VE Commercial Vehicles he has held key Strategic roles in Business Planning and integration. Prior to joining Volvo Group he had worked with Ashok Leyland Central Marketing for 7 Years. G V Rao has overseen the introduction of the Volvo product range since inception and has been instrumental in introducing innovative concepts in the mining industry. He has represented Volvo Group and VECV in SIAM and various international conferences. He was Chairman of ERG (Economic Research Group).




Volvo Penta president Björn Ingemanson, 58, graduated from the University of Gothenburg in 1982 with a degree in marketing and business administration. He began his career with the Volvo Group in 1985, working as a regional manager and marketing director for Volvofinans, a bank whose main purpose is to promote the sale of products at Swedish Volvo dealers through the financing of sales. He held this role until 1996 when he relocated to Japan to work as the marketing and sales director for Volvo Cars. In 1999, he returned to Gothenburg, this time as president of the bank where he began his career. Four years later, Björn became president of Volvo Financial Services Region Europe, before moving to Volvo Trucks three years later to take on the roles of CFO and later president of Region International. In April 2012, he became CEO of AB Volvo Penta.





Hemont Kumar Sikaria is Founder & CMD, Mounthill Realty. He has over 11 years of experience in diverse fields, Sikaria commenced his career in professional banking services before launching his own events and strategic management company. In 2010 Sikaria was first bitten by the real estate bug. With no formal training or professional insight into the industry, Hemont set up a broking firm, Brown Bricks Realty Pvt. Ltd. Like the initial days of any novel business, the new entrepreneur along with his team worked hard to achieve results, learning new aspects of the industry as they went along. It was during this period that he realized the scope of the real estate business and gained immense clarity about his vision for the future.

Hemont founded Mounthill Realty in 2009 with a mission to satisfy customers through prompt services and fulfill a responsibility towards society with their body of work in the construction space.

Mounthill Realty took up Bellagio as its first independent project in 2011 in the business district of Rajarhat, Kolkata.

 An MBA in Business Finance and has a master’s degree from the University of Wales, the dynamic young entrepreneur's vision is to push the skyline upwards for many Indian cities.




Pradeep Kumar , Head of Business Unit - Inorganic Pigments , LANXESS India Private Limited is responsible for marketing and overall operations of the business unit for the Indian subcontinent. Before taking this responsibility, he was involved in strategy development at a corporate level in LANXESS India Pvt Ltd. He has got a natural flair for taking business objective driven decisions and leading his team to success. He comes across as a task master but ensures freedom of expression within his team in order to achieve collective goals.

Pradeep is a Chemical Engineer having done his B. Tech in the year 2003, from Punjab Technical University, followed by an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS).

Prior to LANXESS, he has worked with the Murugappa Group for around 2 years, as Strategy Planning Manager.
